Pat Quinn Leading Illinois Governor Election Results 88% Precincts Reporting

Chicago, Il – It appears the red carpet will be rolled out for Pat Quinn as it looks as though he will be victorious over his challenger Dan Hynes in the Democratic Primary for Governor.  The election results with 33% of precincts reporting shows a commanding 53% to 47% in favor of The current Governor of Illinois Pat Quinn.

In the Republican Primary Andy McKenna is currently leading his challenger Kirk Dillard by a slim 25% to 19% with 33% of precincts reporting.

The Democratic Senate Primary election results show a close battle with Alexi Giannoulias currently leading David Hoffman by a 37% to 33% margin.

As expected Mark Kirk has been victorious in the GOP Primary for Senate by a wide margin over Patrick Hughes.
