America, What Do You Stand For? What Are You? A Self Serving, Profligate Terrorist Hypocrite?

America, you claim to be a nation of law born from the Declaration of independence in 1776; which asserts that:

“ We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –”

America, your “government” has usurped unjust powers that were not derived from the consent of the governed.

America, your “government” has exhibited a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably that same Object.

America, your Supreme Court has unanimously ruled that laws repugnant to the Constitution are void:

“It is also not entirely unworthy of observation, that in declaring what shall be the supreme law of the land, the constitution itself is first mentioned; and not the laws of the United States generally, but those only which shall be made in pursuance of the constitution, have that rank.”

“ Thus the particular phraseology of the constitution of the United States confirms and strengthens the principle, supposed to be essential to all written constitutions, that a law repugnant to the constitution is void; And that courts, as well as other departments, are bound by that instrument.”

“ The rule must be discharged.” 5 U.S. 180

But America, there is steadfast refusal by the “government” to comply with this ruling.

America, your “President” has usurped the power to commit mass murders routinely, and your courts are so illegitimate that they have held the above ruling by the Supreme Court to grant this unjust and unconstitutional power to him, claiming it overturns the just decision of a federal judge who properly performed her duty under the laws and constitution of the US.

US law defines murder: United States Code – 18 U.S.C. § 1111 : Murder

(a) Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being with malice aforethought.
 Every murder perpetrated by poison, lying in wait, or any other kind of willful,
 deliberate, malicious, and premeditated killing; or committed in the perpetration
 of, or attempt to perpetrate, any arson, escape, murder, kidnapping, treason,
 espionage, sabotage, aggravated sexual abuse or sexual abuse, child abuse,
 burglary, or robbery; or perpetrated as part of a pattern or practice of assault
 or torture against a child or children; or perpetrated from a premeditated design
 unlawfully and maliciously to effect the death of any human being other than him 
who is killed, is murder in the first degree. Any other murder is murder in the 
second degree.
(b)Within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States,
 Whoever is guilty of murder in the first degree shall be punished by death or by
 imprisonment for life; Whoever is guilty of murder in the second degree, shall 
be imprisoned for any term of years or for life.

America, despite it being well known that your government routinely mass murders, the illegitimate US courts allow them to deny it, and do not prosecute for perjury.

The United States purports to be a country of law, but all remedies for the enforcement of rights are removed from the people. Only government agencies may institute a criminal proceeding. This is the removal of the equal protections of the laws of the United States. No government agency will even consider a criminal complaint instituted by a citizen or citizens against a person holding government office. There is steadfast refusal of state and federal courts to abide by the federal rules of criminal procedure. There exists no means for any citizen or group of citizens to institute a criminal proceeding. This is the granting of all sovereignty to the State and the removal of sovereignty from the People.
