Long forgotten third amendment violated!!!!

                                This story should sicken us all- Third, and fourth amenments violated in Las Vegas.

A Nevada family is now suing the police department after they were raided, shot with “Pepperball rounds” and arrested for refusing to allow the police to set up a stake out in their home.

Violations of the thrid amendment are rare, but this one does just that. Third Amendment states that no troops shall be quarted in a persons house without their consent. This was one of the things that britain violated up to, and during the Revolutionary war. It’s no surprise then, what has largley been a forgotten amendment was placed right after the second amendment. Which contrary to main stream opinion has nothing to do with hunting, and shooting sports. The second amendment was giving us for this very reason. When Government can at will invade ones home, and arrest us for what they of cource call obstruction of justice.

Seems like at every level of Law enforcement laws are made the propregate their exhistance at our bill of rights. So seems in this case, and many other there is a conflict. First we have these amendments for a reason; they were to protect the American public from majoritorian tyranny. They were there to protect us against Government tyranny. While many argue this bill of rights is outdated, and needs changed, or out right done away with, but regardless of time human nature will always dictate these rights as truth.

One can regulate to their hearts conntent, but once you start violateing these foundational rights, and individuality, then people will rebel. The fact remians that no matter what people like to say about us that say these things such as: Were nuts, were outdated, we don’t have the right to use violence etc… Your wrong we do. we can and should. In a society that is so imbedded such as ours the only option is Revolution.

You violate these things and one should expect violence at all times. Much like a trapped animal people may put up with being violated for several years, but in time will grow increasingly tired of these violations and take up arms against tyranny. Not opinion but human nature truth.

Now to the story:

According to the report officers came to this persons house and asked to use his home as a staging area agianst some neighbore. From what was reported their was a domestic disturbance at one of the homes. The owner of the house did not want to get involved, so politley declined.

A few minutes later the officers began to pound on the door demanding he let them in. I guess while on the phone to his mother telling her what was going on the officers finaly broke the door down, and forced their way in. Pretty much had guns drawn, and forced him down to the floor.

Story went on to say they forced him outside in the well over 100 degree heat while they trashed his house. They then coerced him to the HQ, but was told he could not go back home. He left the police dept after a while, but a police cruiser stopeed him and arrested him, and later they arrested his wife. Also they ransacked his house violated his 4th amendment rights as well. They shot his dog several times with pepperballs until it ran off in pain, and fear.

From the date, and I appologise if this was reported before but it is a old story from 2011, but no less of a violation.

To me this shows us to what extent police will go to enforce law. Make no mistake if gun confiscation is passed either state, Federal, or local they will enforce those laws.

I say no law should not overlapp our rights, rights should overlapp law. Police in these situations are doing nothing more than conditioning us. They are basically telling us that our enforcing law is more important than the bill of rights.

Were living pre civil war times. Cops or military then by and large in the majority followed the Union. difference this time is agian under our own people weve been subjecated back into basic slavory. Not for picking cotton, but to the law, to the majority, to the Government.

It is coming fast that were going ot have to make a decision!! Do we fold every time a law is passed that clearly violates the bill of rights or do we Fight!!! even if that means violence?

I say fight weve suffered a long term of usurpations and abuses, much like the declaration talks on eh?
