IWB Holster Shopping For Concealed Carry

I wrote the other day about my first experiences carrying concealed, and since then I tried carrying my Bersa Thunder .380 CC on my side with an over-shirt again, but this time the over shirt didn’t seem to conceal the bulge of the pistol handle very well. Plus, I’m not really an over-shirt kind of guy.

I need something better! I need a better inside the waistband (IWB) holster that could conceal when I was wearing normal clothes without having to constantly wear a jacket or over-shirt.

Well when my post the other day published on the Mainwashed Facebook page, Mainwashed Admin Brandon (BY) recommended getting a Crossbreed Supertuck holster like this:

Brandon’s exact words were that it would change my life! Sounds great, but this holster is almost $70. That might be fine with some of you, but I’m on a bit of a budget. Plus, I’d rather spend my money on more ammo.

Well I found a comparible holster for almost half the price! It’s the Conceal Micro by Shepherd Leather. It goes for about $35 on Amazon.

So I think I’m going to go with the Shepherd. When it comes in I’ll let you all know how it goes.
