Why any Republican running for Lt Governor in Texas is calling to violate the US Constitution regarding the Border?
I have been seeing the race for Texas Lt Governor with the 4 Republicans veying for that seat and they are all calling to violate the US Constitution regarding the US Border with Mexico. They are all calling to secure the Border and stop illegal immigration. Actually the role of the state of Texas is that it isn’t allowed to secure the US Border. The role of Border Security is only a Federal Government Function going back to when America first became a nation. These 4 including the incumbent David Dewhurst are going to violate the US Constitution. Right now David Dewhurst openly admitted that in October 2013 the state Government violated the US Constitution he shut down a portion of the US Border. These 4 Candidates do not deserve to win that Lt Governor seat and 2014 will be the election that determines who will win that will be better and if I had a crystal ball I predict the GOP won’t be winning everything at the statewide level because so many Republicans in alot of statewide have made odd and stupid statements and taken alot of stances that got nothing to do with either the role of the state government or nothing to do with the office they are seeking. I see the Governor election likely going to Wendy Davis and Lt Governor going to Leticia Van de Putte. The Democrats likely to hold a few other statewide offices like Comptroller of Public Accounts and Attorey General both of them will do a better job. The state Legislature getting a few Democrats replacing a few Republicans. Of course if I had a crystal ball this is probably how it will go.
