Bombshell: FBI's Dirtiest Boston Marathon Tricks

FBI Cointelpro dirty tricks, lies, racism and terrorist involvement are being exposed once again after a recent court filing shows accused Boston Marathon suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev indicated, through his defense team, that the FBI had contacts with his brother and even pressed him to become an “informant” on the Chechen and Muslim communities, people of color.

The court filing gives no date for the attempt, but cited sources suggesting that contact between the FBI and Tamerlan was ongoing for at least the three years prior to the bombing. (FBI pushed elder Tsarnaev to be informer, lawyers assert, Boston Globe.)

The filing takes place as an MIT police sergeant, Sgt. Clarence Henniger, said in an interview last month that local law enforcement “knew” that Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s “house was under surveillance” before the FBI asked the public to help identify him in a press conference on April 18, 2013.

At that press conference, Boston FBI head Special Agent Richard Deslauriers told the assembled press that ”the public will play a critical role in identifying and locating them.”

Knowing fully well whom the suspects were, the special agent even said, “Somebody out there knows these individuals as friends, neighbors, co-workers, or family members of the suspects.”

Sgt. Henniger is on the police force at MIT where MIT officer Sean Collier was found shot dead on the same night that the chase after the two brothers broke out, after a thus far anonymous man called the police saying he had been carjacked by the brothers.

Sgt. Henniger said, “The word was out, regarding the suspects—we know how they looked like, and we knew that they lived in the city of Cambridge at one point… We knew that his house was under surveillance, and the Feds were all over the city of Cambridge…knowing that he, they lived there. So we were aware of that.”

Later, Henniger clarified that the officers sharing this knowledge were “assuming” surveillance was directed at the Tsarnaevs, but had no first-hand confirmation from the FBI. The FBI has since claimed that the surveillance involved an entirely different case.

It was revealed soon after the bombing and the capture of Dzhokhar, the younger brother, and the death of his older brother Tamerlan, that the FBI had interviewed Tamerlan multiple times in 2011, after a tip from Russian intelligence. The elder Tsarnaev brother was a Chechen national. 

CBS News reports that the FBI initially denied contacting Tamerlan.

In the filing, Dzhokhar’s lawyers “suggested that Tamerlan Tsarnaev could have misinterpreted his interactions with the FBI as pressure from the agency,” the Boston Globe reports. The court filing said the interactions could have “increased his paranoia and distress.”

Injuring the mental health of a targeted individual (TI) is a standard FBI dirty trick. It works well in terms of resulting in harm against self and others, according to reports of TIs who’ve committed suicide or killed others. It helps do the FB agentI’s dirtiest work for them.

In newly filed court papers, the defense team is asking for “records of all FBI contact with Tamerlan,” according to the AP.

Former Fox News journalist Ben Swann, soon after the bombing, said that certain aspects of the attack, such as the apparent concurrent bomb drill which was taking place moments before the explosions, should lead to questions over whether the Boston bombing was an FBI entrapment scheme gone awry.

The startling charge by the Tsarnaev defense team, that Tamerlan might have been pressed to become an informant, suggests the FBI knew far more about the brothers, and had closer contacts, than the agency is admitting. 

The FBI Cointelpro-style dirty tricks seem to be even be dirtier than all that.

The court filing comes months after the mysterious death of one of Tamerlan’s Chechen friends in Florida, Ibragim Todashev. He was killed during an FBI interview.  The FBI claims that the unarmed, Todashev attacked, and was shot seven times - including three shots in the back and one to the top of the head.

The direct testimony of the FBI agent who did the shooting, taken from the Florida State’s Attorney Report, states:

“In order to stop this threat, I shot Todashev three to four times. Todashev fell backwards, but did not go to the ground. He then re-established his footing and suddenly lunged toward us. I shot him three or four more times in order to stop his continuing deadly threat. This time Todashev fell to the ground face first and I believed the threat had been eliminated.”
 

Todashev died with three entry wounds to the back. How? The agent’s own scenario does not even answer it.

“The shot to the top of the head means either it was the last shot fired, as it would have immediately dropped Todashev, likely stone cold dead, or other shots would have been fired at Todashev’s lifeless body,” Digital Journal reports.

“Meanwhile…[the agent]…claims Todashev…was shot as he ran at the agent and staggered backwards, clearly indicating that he had been hit from the front,’ Dave Lindorff writes for Counterpunch. “Again we had three shots, so it had to be the chest and the left arm. Now he ‘rights himself’ and charges forward again, taking four more shots.

“But these, remember, are all either into the back, near the centerline of the body, or into the top of the head. The head shot couldn’t have been number one in the second volley, because that would have been the shot that dropped him. So what would have caused his body to turn around exposing his back?”

Furthermore, when Todashev family’s private investigator first viewed the scene, he said immediately that the lack of blood splatters on the walls, except some at floor level, indicated that Todashev had been shot as he lay on the ground.

Ed Busquet, a former captain and homicide detective in the North Palm Police Department, reportedly said, “Look at this – no blood spattered on the walls. He was shot while down on the floor.”

The FBI’s been attempting to sell the public a story that a fifth-grader could pick apart, Digital Journal says.

But alas, it doesn’t take a fifth-grade level education or integrity to neutralize targeted individuals such as Todashev or the hundreds of thousands of other TIs being persecuted to death in the U.S. by the new Cointelpro and its contracted goons.
