Massive Corruption in Allegany County Maryland?

It is time to finally expose how corrupt Justice and illegal wire taping is rampant in Allegany County Maryland. The county of Allegany has for decades illegally wiretapped anyone who they dislike and massive hatred for many people. The Circuit Court in Allegany County is one place to start. The courts under Timothy Finan and Gary Leasure have accepted cash and drug in the following. Drugs is used to get drug dealers even 20 timers exempt from Prison and worse Charges dismissed. This has been going as long as they have been in office. These 2 judges have allowed back into Society Douglas C Combs in spite he has been in court every year since 1972. He has a history of drugs, abusing people including 1 that killed himself because of the abuse he received despite assurance to the father he would stop abusing his son. Mr Doug Combs and these same judges and former prosecutors have a agreement to always release him back into society to keep on abusing. In spite he is wanted by the state of Florida for violent crimes but always failed to extradite him as required by Federal Law. He is also wanted in West Virginia for abusing his ex wife and children who had tried to get the state of Maryland to arrest him but the state of Maryland always sided with Mr Combs in every single case. illegal wiretapping this same court has in the past have approved wiretaps of anyone they hate and want vengence including ex boyfriends of their employees kids and in-laws. Deputy Craig Bridges the court house employee is also involved by threatening people with arrest under unknown computer crimes but does wiretapping of IP addresses with approval of both judges. The Court Commissioner system is another corrupt entity that accepts illegal kickbacks from criminals to make sure they blame victims. The Court Commissioner system also makes sure it blames anyone attempting to file charges and reject them at 99 percent and only accepts charges filed by law enforcement. This massive corruption needs to be exposed. People are treated like trash and the courts failed and time for people to take back their county. The state of Maryland should takeover all courts in Allegany County directly and arrest all parties involved in the corruption.
