Thumbs his nose at the Creator

December 1, 2014 – Received today was an email post titled: “Gov. ‘Moonbeam’ Signs Law Forcing CA Public Schools to Teach ‘Gay Sodomite History”. They linked their email to their webpage at: http://visiontoamerica.com/19799/gov-moonbeam-signs-law-forcing-ca-public-schools-to-teach-gay-history/

Their email began with:

“Democratic California Gov. Jerry Brown said Thursday he had signed a bill that will require public schools in the state to teach students about the contributions of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Americans. The bill, believed to be the first…”

However, what this email-post neglected to state was that this dated article was from July 2011. This bill was signed THREE YEARS AGO.

Regardless, this action by the pro-sodomite Mr. Jerry Brown, is against common law, and is against both the U.S. Constitution and the California Constitution. Neither of our constitutions gives the California legislature the power to write such a bill, nor do either of our constitutions allow any governmental entity the authority to over-rule the Biblical law as given to the entire world from our Creator to Moses.

The California State Constitution was written under the authority of the Creator as stated in the Preamble: “We, the People of the State of California, grateful to Almighty God for our freedom, in order to secure and perpetuate its blessings, do establish this Constitution.”

And our Creator says of the matter of Sodomy:

Leviticus 18:

1 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,

22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.

The American Resistance Party states the following:

• If there is no CREATOR then there is no CONSTITUTION. Our Preamble clearly states there IS A CREATOR and WE THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA ARE GRATEFUL TO THIS CREATOR.
• IF THERE IS NO CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION (there cannot be one if there is no creator who the People of California have formed the State of California in honor of) THEN THERE CANNOT BE ANY GOVENOR OF A STATE THAT IS NOT CONSTITUTIONALLY FORMED.
• IF THERE IS NO GOVERNOR, THEN NO BILLS CAN BE SIGNED INTO LAW.
• IF THE CREATOR IS OPPOSED TO SODOMY, THEN SODOMY CANNOT BE ONE OF THE “BLESSINGS” THAT THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WANTS TO “PERPETUATE.”
• IF MR. JERRY BROWN IS PRO-SODOMITE, THEN HE MUST BE ANTI-CREATOR.
• IF MR. JERRY BROWN IS ANTI-CREATOR, HE MUST BE ANTI-CONSTITUTION.
• IF OUR CONSTITUTION WAS ESTABLISHED AS A RESULT OF OUR WORSHIP TO OUR CREATOR, THEN OUR CREATOR IS OUR SUPREME LAW OF OUR LAND.
• THEREFORE, AS CHRISTIANS IT IS OUR DUTY TO CALL MR. BROWN TO REPENTANCE FOR DISOBEYING THE LAW OF OUR CREATOR REGARDING SODOMY AND SUCH UNGODLY BEHAVIOR.
• IF BROWN IS ANTI-CREATOR, ANTI-CONSTITUTION, AND PRO-SODOMITE, HE MUST BE REMOVED/RECALLED IMMEDIATELY.

James Wilson, one of only six Founders who signed both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, appointed by George Washington to the Supreme Court, wrote: “It should always be remembered, that this law, natural or revealed, flows from the same divine source; it is the law of God…. Human law must rest its authority, ultimately, upon the authority of that law, which is divine.”

Thomas Jefferson said: “An enlightened citizenry is indispensable for the proper functioning of a republic.  Self-government is not possible unless the citizens are educated sufficiently to enable them to exercise oversight.  It is therefore imperative that the nation see to it that a suitable education be provided for all its citizens.”
