US to return the Mandatory Military Service to combat longterm fight against ISIS and permit Civillian Service

It is official the US Congress will consider legislation to send to the President regarding reinstitution of the draft. The US would return the draft and follow the majority of the world and mandate Military Service for ages 18-45 for 5 years active duty and reserve or National Guard duty till age 45. The bill also says men and woman can choose 5 years active duty beginning at age 18 or 27 years Reserve or National Guard Duty. The bill also states that since a form of mandatory service has not been around since December 1972 will now affect those beyond age 26. The bill states that those at age 18 must choose in 1 year at the nearest Selective Service Board if they will do 5 years active duty or 27 years Reserve or National Guard duty. Those already beyond 26 will have 1 year to choose either Active Duty or Reserve or National Guard Service. Selective Service will now extend to women 18 to 45 and all woman 18 to 45 effective 30 days after the bill is signed into law will be required in 3 months to sign up for selective service. The bill also in 30 days calls up all men 19 to 34 for military service and will be used to call up 325k men beginning in April 2015 at 6250 per week for 12 months and to be completed by April 2016 and 6 months later Men 34 to 45 calls for a additional 99996k for 6 months at 3845 per week. Effective 9 months later in January 2016 Women 18 to 45 and additional men 18 to 45 will be drafted at 500k soldiers for 5 months at 25k per week or 100k per month ending at the end of May 2016 and effective June 1,2016 Men and women from 18 to 45 will be mandated to serve either 5 years of active duty or 27 years of Reserve or National Guard Duty. Those at the time who are 40 to 45 will be allowed to served 5 years straight of either active duty or reserve and those 36 to 39 will be allowed 5 years active duty or serving between 6 at 39, 7 at 38, 8 at 37  9 at 36 Reserve or National Guard Duty. Other ages below will depend either serve 5 years active duty followed by the rest of the years at either Reserve or National Guard. The 1 year requirement to choose will occur at a Selective Service office. The bill will also permit Civillian Service if the person objects to Military Service and no exemptions except for severe medical problems/student visa/treaty alien/foreign visitors/temporary workers and former US citizens. Penalities for failure to register for Selective Service and avoiding Military or Civillian Service will be losing any future tax benefits and if going abroad to avoid such obligation the US citizen will not have his or her passport renewed. For legal resident a lifetime ban of entering the USA and all property being confiscated.
