Media Continues to Treat Obama Stooge James Clapper as a Reliable Source

When it comes to former government officials who can be relied upon to push the great Trump-Russia conspiracy theory, there are few more in demand by the fake news media than James Clapper.

Obama’s former director of national intelligence has figured prominently in the bogus case that has been constructed against President Donald Trump and continues to surface on CNN and other news outlets as a reputable source when his history would seemingly disqualify him as one.

Two weeks ago, Clapper went on CNN’s “State of the Union” where he was interviewed by Jake Tapper and wailed that U.S. institutions are “under assault” by Trump.

These would be the same institutions that have been terminally politicized by his former boss Barack Obama and his political lackeys like Mr. Clapper, John Brennan, James Comey, Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder and their ilk.  In a nutshell, said institutions don’t need any help in being discredited after Mr. Obama’s eight-year reign during which the United States was transformed into the banana republic of Obamastan.

Clapper himself has a rather inglorious history of lying his ass off to Congress back in 2013 over the scope of the NSA’s mass surveillance programs. Programs that according to revelations by the now disappeared Republican House Intelligence Committee chairman Devin Nunes, were subverted by Susan Rice and others for political purposes.

But lyin’ Jim keeps getting trotted out as some sort of beacon of moral integrity.

Much like former CIA Director Michael Hayden who is never mentioned as the being the head of the NSA ON September 11, 2001 – a horrendous intelligence failure that would get anyone else fired. But in the world of slimy political swamp dwellers, these people not only are never held accountable but actually rewarded with featured spots in the mainstream media as elder statesmen and experts.

Now he’s back again.

After a Sunday appearance on Meet the Press during which he fired up the lynch mob that has been pushing the story that Jared Kushner had attempted to set up backchannel communications with the Kremlin, Clapper showed up on CNN’s “New Day” on Tuesday to hammer away at the hoax that the Russians interfered in the election.

Clapper noted that the Russians have long tried to interfere in presidential elections, but characterized the 2016 efforts as the most aggressive and direct.

“There’s been a long history of Soviet and, interference, going back to the Soviet era, in our elections,” Clapper said. “But never ever has there been a case of the aggressiveness and the direction actions that the Russians took and their conduct of a multifaceted campaign to interfere with our election.”

Not only did the efforts include the hacking of political organizations, Clapper added, but also the “very sophisticated, slick propaganda efforts.” He specifically cited Kremlin-run media outlet RT is playing a central role.

The hosts never even bothered to ask Clapper about the proof of his assertion that the Russians interfered in the election – none of these pinheads are ever confronted over the lack of evidence.

Mr. Clapper did however refer to secret evidence that is too sensitive to show to the public – that’s the way that it works in any police state – a thought that never crosses the minds of most Americans who wear their willful ignorance on the sleeves as though it were a badge of honor.

Hey, Americans have been dumbed-down, propagandized and electronically lobotomized for decades, it’s easy to get away with a statement like that when so many dummies don’t understand basic civics – which was proven with the ignorance over the Electoral College last year. Adding more credence to that particular theory is the recent New York Times survey in which only 36 percent of respondents were able to locate North Korea on a map.

Nobody at CNN posed any questions to Clapper about his new gig at a neocon-Soros think thank – The Center for a New American Security – or the specifics of the organization’s backers and founder.

According to the Washington Examiner “Clapper joins DC security think tank”:

James Clapper, the former director of national intelligence, is joining a Washington think tank that focuses on national security and defense policies.

Clapper was named Tuesday as a distinguished senior fellow for intelligence and national security for the Center for a New American Security, the group announced Tuesday. He will also join the group’s board of advisers.

The group is led by Michele Flournoy, former undersecretary of Defense for policy under former President Barack Obama, and bills itself as an independent and nonpartisan research institution.

Ms. Flournoy – a warmongering harpy – was recently rumored to be the top candidate for Secretary of Defense under a Hillary Clinton regime.  She likely has a huge beef with Trump and her think tank is a perfect refuge for a scoundrel like Clapper. Once again, the bloodsucking Hungarian ghoul George Soros has his fingers in the pie in this sinister effort to instigate a domestic color revolution to boot Trump from office. It never takes much to discover the true agenda of the anti-Trump organizations, they are pretty proud of listing their supporters on their websites.

Joining the Soros groups, there are hordes of defense and security contractors, all of which will grow richer if they can manage to get the new Cold War up and running.

Weapons sales abroad and surveillance and censorship at home will make for a wonderful income stream – and since the war on terror was self-limiting in that it was primarily directed at radical Islam – anybody can be in cahoots with the Russians. That would seemingly include over 63 million Americans who voted for Trump and if swine like Clapper is to be believed – were accomplices of a foreign power meddling with our elections.

Yet despite his previous lies on NSA mass domestic surveillance and loyalty to Obama he is somehow a trustworthy source of information and a guardian of American institutions? Give me a break!

The longer that this continues the more that the media appears to be one massive PSYOPS campaign. It’s like the CIA’s infamous Operation Mockingbird never truly went away.
