Time to Get Out of Afghanistan

Why are we still in Afghanistan?  It has turned into another Vietnam.  With the political correctness (PC) noose around the necks of our military forces, there is no way they can win the war.  We are not in a win-win situation.  We are in a lose-lose situation.  The British Empire attempted to civilize Afghanistan and failed.  The Russians attempted to civilize Afghanistan and failed.  Now, the United States is attempting to civilize Afghanistan and is failing miserably.

You cannot civilize a people that prefer to live in the 7^th Century.  You cannot civilize a people who will kill you at will.  When the U.S. military burned many volumes of The Holy Bible in 2011, nothing happened.  When the same U.S. military burned volumes of the Quran (or Koran), the Afghani people rioted and killed our service members.  These people burn, kill, and plunder if someone publishes a cartoon about the Prophet Muhammad.  Yet, they will desecrate images of Jesus Christ at will.  When they burn our Bible, burn the American flag, and burn down our Churches, nothing happens.  What is wrong with that picture?

Afghanistan’s biggest export is heroin and other illegal drugs.  We do not do anything about it.  President Hamid Karzai cheated to get re-elected, he steals much of the U.S. aid money sent to Afghanistan, and he said he would prefer to work with the Taliban than to work with the United States.  What is wrong with that picture anyway!  Afghanistan is nothing but a corrupt state—just like the Obama administration.

Obama wants to pull our troops out of Afghanistan by 2014.  There is no reason for us to continue allowing Afghanis to kill our service members needlessly in Afghanistan.  We should get out of there right now.  Why should we continue to civilize a bunch of savages who desire to remain in their present pathetic state?  It is time to get out NOW, Obama!  I have been singing that tune for over a year now.  Here are some of the Before It’s News articles that I have previously published on this topic.
