Is it coincidence that mere days after Barack Obama secures a second term as president anti-Israeli militants make an aggressive push to attack Israel?

Palestinian militants target Israel with nearly 150 rockets, striking the outskirts of Tel Aviv as Israel continues airstrikes.

With claims that Palestinian militants fired nearly 150 rockets on Thursday, killing three people, defence officials say Israel is prepared to launch a ground invasion into Gaza if necessary.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the army was prepared for a “significant widening” of its Gaza offensive.

Foreign Secretary William Hague said the militant group Hamas bears the “principal responsibility” for the spiralling violence between Gaza and southern Israel.

Mr Hague condemned rocket attacks on Israel from Gaza today and said he is “gravely concerned” about the escalation of tension. LINK

The extended range capabilities of the Palestinian militants is now raising questions regarding how they obtained those missiles. Could this latest round of attacks against Israel actually be supported by arms that came from Libya?
