India Nuke Attack Warning
In what sounds like a world war three scenario Kashmir Officials in India are warning citizens to start building bomb proof shelters in their basements.They are also recommending to them to stock up with two weeks worth of food and water.
There were no explanations given why ,except to be prepared for possible nuclear war,
a series of deadly skirmishes along a cease-fire line in recent weeks has heightened tensions between the two countries.
The advisory was published on Monday in the Greater Kashmir newspaper and they were also given advice on how to survive chemical and biological weapon attacks.
No comment from local authorities as they are not answering phone calls.
