It is a war crime. These were farm workers, they were in a farm field, NOT on a road. What’s witnessed being carried and tossed is an irrigation pipe. There’s no mention in the video of any “improvised explosive device”. What the Apache pilots see that raises their suspicion that the men have a weapon, is an irrigation pipe they presume is a rocket propelled grenade launcher. Even if the men had weapons, they weren’t fighting anybody. There was no proof of their having murdered anybody, much less even injured anybody. If they were suspected of possessing weapons, considering these soldiers are from the land of weapons freedom, there shouldn’t even have been an investigation. But if these soldiers in their vicious attack helicopter thought it smart to prosecute farmers for owning weapons, they should have called into somebody who would ride out there and talk to these guys, find out what’s the deal and asked them to submit to arrest if they thought they were up to no good. Machine gunning people on mere suspicion of possession, when you possess and are in fact riding in a far more devastating machine, is the greatest height of hypocrisy. Then these Apache pilots, in blatant violation of the Geneva Convention, machine gun an injured man, who is nowhere near any weapon and who had been halfway splattered by a 30mm bullet. Easily this is a war crime.
In short, an Apache Attack Helicopter is not a police tool. It’s a vicious slaughter machine where it’s fighting personnel who don’t have a shred of armor amongst them. Using such weapons against civilians, farmers, ordinary people, as a tool of policing is vicious treachery and a horrific war crime.

These pilots should have known better. When this video was recorded it had already been revealed that the war in Iraq was being conducted by war profiteers for their personal monetary profit. That these pilots would carry out these orders from despicable people who had made obvious that they slaughtered a million people for cash profit, it certifies these pilots as abominable turds.
Daniel, irrigation pipes do not have handles sticking out like this pipe he had. If you notice, when he pulls it out to begin with, there is a front handle he is holding it by. When he throws it into a field there is a rear handle quite clear. Sorry bud.
