The Obama administration has concluded that Syrian President Bashar Assad’s government used chemical weapons against the rebels seeking to overthrow him and, in a major policy shift, President Obama has decided to supply military support to the rebels, the White House announced Thursday.
“The president has made a decision about providing more support to the opposition that will involve providing direct support to the [Supreme Military Council]. That includes military support,” Deputy National Security Adviser for Strategic Communication Ben Rhodes told reporters.

Obama can’t start anything. He is not authorized to declare war or do anything legislative. This is why his Executive Orders are only applicable and carry weight to Federal Employees, Territories such as Puerto Rico, and those who live in Washington D.C. . All other states must ratify anything he signs as an EO into law, because he has no jurisdiction.
The fact of the matter is, the global economic beast wants the “resources” in that area of the world, including the “human resources”! Other nations don’t want this beast to have control of these resources. This ongoing world war is absolutely NOT being waged for the reasons being given by any of the major MEDIA sources.
