Recent history shows that in developed countries the middle class, (that’s 70% of America comparatively to other countries) nearly 100% capitulates to force and authority, skirmishes of any significance will only come from long time organized resistance groups and these will be few and mopped up rather quickly. Long term problems (though minor) come from the poor with nothing left to lose. NFAAS is used to account, manage and monitor the recovery process for Navy personnel and their families affected by wide-spread catastrophic events. Outdated contact information can delay the Navy’s ability to account for and assist affected personnel.
