These plans were all a part of a conspiracy to trick the American public into engaging in war with communist leader Fidel Castro.
They even went as far as contemplating causing U.S. military deaths, stating: “We could blow up a U.S. ship in Guantanamo Bay and blame Cuba,” and, “casualty lists in U.S. newspapers would cause a helpful wave of national indignation.”

They fully believe if they find it on the net….it must be true.
