NY Rep Defends NY Police

NY’s Peter King Fights for the NY Police Department Against a PC Amendment 

What a video! The first minute and 38 seconds is Rush Holt, NJ’s 12^thDistrict Representative on the floor of the House arguing in favor of an amendment that would prevent any federal funds from ”flowing to law enforcement organizations that engage in any form of racial, ethnic or religious profiling.” This [PC] amendment is targeted at the NYPD and their anti-terrorist practices which have been at the center of ‘profiling’ charges against the Muslim community.

This is followed by NY’s 3^rdDistrict Representative Peter King who took to the podium to give an impassioned speech in defense of NY’s finest. Peter King is really out there fighting for NY’s safety, not to mention our homeland security. “We should be giving the NYPD a medal…there have been 13 or 14 foiled terrorist plots against the city as a result of the NYPD.”
