Chemtrails causing Drought over Nebraska....and why?

During the years 2002-2008 there were suratic times/periods that chemtrails where sprayed. seldom, if ever on a sunday. The spraying seemed to correspod with high pressure ridges (dry).
From some point during 2009 through july 1st 2011 there was not one day of chemtrails.
Starting july 2nd through current January 25th 2013 there has been very few days that been chemtrail free.
If you look at the weather pattern during this period it matches up to chemtrails equate to dry weather.
If you look at the satilte photos from hurricane Sandy you will see the chemtrails over the carolina’s, i assume to keep the hurricane from land in this area.
Why the need for the drought over Nebraska? The only thing i can come up with is the pipeline. They need to dry the fields out or other reasons to lay the pipeline or cause pressure on people to appreciate the one time payment for a forever easment over the property.
