TSA Lawsuit Reveals No Federal Jurisdiction, USA Under Foreign Rule: Jesse Ventura
Lets get real. The Federal Government stated they have “no jurisdiction” of the TSA. So, Jessie Ventur should have taken his case to the Hague?
So who is in control? According to Leon Panetta’s own words it’s the UN and no longer Congress. You may still be able to find the Panetta video but it has been censored in a big way.
Just because we direct the largest chunk of money to the UN doesnt mean we are in control, it just means we pay to keep the lights on.
DHS is above the Constitution using the Patriot Act which supercedes it.
The Patriot Act was part of our latest chapter 13 reorganization. So was the ‘bailout’ of AIG which was shrouded in secret money transfers. The bankers and politicians who, working together to repeal Glass-Stegal Law, made it easy to sell out the people and nation towards privatization and foreign corporate domination.

The previous bankruptcy reorganization of the US (1933) took us from creditor nation to something resembling a debtor nation. It replaced the redeemable for gold currency in your granfather’s wallet with a non redeemable currency, the ‘Federal Reserve Note’, and allocated your Social Security payments to a foreign entity. Congress spending it was just a smoke screen.
The passage of the NDAA clearly states the foreign powers (posing as the United States Government) can take an American Citizen’s Life without due process, no US court has any power to stop them (ie. No Jurisdiction).
How is it the Federal Government has no jurisdiction over what is conducted in the United States? If it is conducted by persons, corporations, or entities that are foreign.
A sovereign nation acting in it’s own best interest might nationalize the Federal Reserve in the stroke of an executive order, unless of course the two party system were controlled by the same foreign power.

What we call government is no longer government, instead it is many foreign controlled corporations. They put on a ‘goverment show’ to raise money for their foreign corporate interests. This foreign controlled corporation owns a subsidiary corporation known as DHS and it only appears to be part of the US Judicial System.
After all ‘Home Land’ has a nice ring to it, as does ‘Federal’ Reserve.
Much of the Patriot Act in the way of recent revisions remain secret. Does the phrase “Secret Law” sound like an oxymoron?
The truth is stranger than fiction, and I have only scratched the surface.
Why would the secrecy be necessary unless a detestable loss of sovereignty or worse has been executed upon the people?

Yet, The Federal Government states it has NO JURISDICTION over the TSA which is under the DHS. So basically the Federal Government has NO JUSRISDICTION over DHS which also happens to control FEMA.
There is no true government remaining (except the US Post Office). There are invalidated players or actors playing the roles of what we and media frequently refer to as a government is a de facto government.
The phony enemy of fabricated terrorism has stripped us of any imaginable remaining rights, ownership, and resource.
Congress made you the enemy in ammending the Trading with the Enemy Act. The system has been secretly reorganized so that you can own little to nothing and if it hasnt physicaly taken it from you yet, it does not mean it hasnt theoretically. At minimum the executive orders hint that it is preparing to take it from you in the future.
Private property is on its way to becoming a thing of the past, one home and one farm at a time.
Every now and then the illusion of a constitutional victory is awarded in the court but your rights can be removed in the blink of an eye with an accusation that you are a terrorist.

The Constitution is ‘THE Supreme Law of the Land”, and anything to the contrary is notwithstanding (Constitution-Article 6).
And the federal govt. (and agents) have Jurisdiction ONLY in D.C. (Article 1, Section 8).
Also, the sheriffs (being elected) Are the cardinal (top) law officers, and have authority over federal officers within the jurisdiction that elected them. (10th Amendment says Feds only can do what Constitution says, nothing more), but the states and people can do anything not prohibited by the National Constitution.

Under equal rights, we all have the rights, so officers or presidents dont get any extra rights that we dont have (except some protection from prosecution while working, but when their session completes they can be prosecuted.
–The great thing is that whichever court wins the debate (the existing one, or the citizens one), is determined by which has more legitimacy by following the right process (from the Constitution and the non-conflicting laws made since)… and since the ones causing the corruption use secrecy and deception without following the Supreme Law of the Land, its easy to beat them… but without LOTS of people watching and a team that can defeat the bad arguments, even the judges will just keep breaking the rules (want examples?: harleyborgais at gmail and facebook).

It also gives jurisdiction for admiralty and maritime laws which are international in scope.
–The ‘United States’ is however a ‘federal corporation’ in US ‘Code’ (28 USC 3002). Under Common Law (Common reason) this ‘federal corporation’ would (by definition) have to be the property of those under its rule (all Americans) equally distributed, but it has been sold to those we owe a debt to… but guess what! The 14th covered that by cancelling debts to enemies, like those who commit insurrection (denying us our rights).
