hurricane and quake west coast usa/2013

TAKE THIS INFO VERY SERIOUSLY,AS THE WEST COAST WILL INDEED BE AN ENCORE I FEEL FOR HUGE STORMS AND QUAKE ONE BEFORE THE OTHER THIS YEAR.
THE WEST COAST USA IS AND HAS BEEN SPARED FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS FROM SUCH,BUT THEIR TIME IS UP i FIRMLY BELEIVE THIS WILL BE THE NEXT nwo haarp TARGETS.
I bought an old movie out of a thrift store the other day entitled“STORM TRACKER” WITH MARTIN SHEEN!
this movie though produced in early nineties was spot on in the research being done by the airforce into moving developed storms around after they became hurricanes,then intensifying them with an ion generator. way ahead of its time. the only thing missing of course is the fact that THE HAARP technology on the ground is the intensifier now and the movers of the storms are the resuklt of grids of chemical agents dropped from high altitudes to produce a vortex or movement of same. lasers from space platforms can also generate these vortexes and expand them.
just some thoughts from my grapevine.
 also be aware that in this film a huge storm was misdirected to the vicinity of los angeles,or san diego areas and evacs of a major kind were put into effect. the future my freinds…THE FUTURE NOT FAR i FEEL THIS YEAR.
