A snowstorm will develop along a stationary front across Kentucky and Ohio, moving east-northeast from there into Virginia, Maryland, D.C., Pennsylvania, Jersey and Southern New England, near the coast.  The snow-core (center of the highest totals) will move across Southern WV into North/Central Virginia and off to Southeast MD and then extreme Southern New Jersey.

10+” totals – Southern DE and Southeast MD …
5-10″ totals – Parts of Eastern KY, into South Central WV, North/Central VA, most of DE, and extremely southern NJ.

From the looks of this the snow looks to stop at the VA/NC border … anything south of that into North Carolina through North/Central is Ice.
