I find it very curious that http://www.weatherbug.com says no lightning in the past half hour, and yet there have been a number of ‘louder’ than average lightning strikes, which one suspects are HAARP related as it has been reputed that HAARP was ‘taken down’ from Alaska not only due to the various research and development centers located as various colleges and universities, i.e. College Park, Maryland, but also that there are HAARP related technologies attached to many cell towers now.

The reports of ‘isolated storms’ could be a direct result to HAARP activity, combination of chem trails and various electro magnetic interactions.

These two can also interact with fracking, i.e. Texas, which can possibly by the intensity, have an impact on the North American tectonic Plate, causing oceanic shifts as well i.e. oceanic storms.

For my local area, the past two or three weeks have been witness to some odd activities in weather following the power company staff making ‘improvements’ to the local neighborhood power boxes in yards by the side walk, about four houses per power block, as well as the ‘secondary’ power box that delivers power to the ‘block’ power boxes that feed the houses.  It could be that the ‘improvements’ were or are an increase in power to the local HAARP towers as well, just ‘we’ are not told.

No hard ‘evidence’ just my witnessing to the changes to technology and how the weather has changed following.  One moved to Ballenger Creek Non Inc. april 2013 and the ‘improvements’ to the power boxes was made around April or May 2014.  If anyone else in the local area can given secondary witness by all means have them reference this article for additional reinforcement.
