Two Old Documents Surface Proving Without A Doubt That The Govt and the UN are Using a Weapon On the Population—100% Proof

In the video below youtuber DABH0077 delves through an unusual, old document that has surfaced called Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation US Senate May 1978. Rather shockingly this old document proves the government and the United Nations have been using weather modification for years—ever since the creation of the document in the late 1970’s. Conspiracy theorists have claimed this for years that the government has been using this horrendous technology, however the truth is only now surfacing proving once and for all the use of things like HAARP and Chemtrails.
