Francois Hollande was elected as President of France on 6 May 2012, defeating the incumbent Nicolas Sarkozy right under a Plutonic phase. A dramatic dance lead by evil has started readers….

Being born French myself and now, after nearly 30 years I am now totally Americanized I am in a position to explain both logically and spiritually to the willing what is going on and why Europe is “transiting/re-birthing.” 

The mentality of Europeans and Americans are totally different and so is the one coming from Asia, the Middle East and all countries making up this big world. While I attribute our difference because of the heavens above the religious “peons” or unconscious human living below them are total oblivious of Pluto’s world wide impact and serious implications. 

Only the “rulers” or the Illuminati are aware of those subtle but very real forces but the unconscious mass and its entire scientific community (regardless of my endless work) are still thinking and operating at the stone age spiritual low speed.  Electing a President means also living under his command, his natal UCI or “Unique Celestial Identity” and most of all his fated stars. What I am about to divulge about the future of the US, Europe and the rest of the world could be very disturbing to many unprepared readers, while the “logical/skeptical” will not pay much attention and assume erroneously I am another Mrs. Cleo… But if I remind the readers that Hitler was the leader of the National Socialist German Workers Party or the Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei(NSDAP), may be you should pay attention to my predictions and the impact the new French President will have upon the world…

This is a very long Cosmic Code newsletter where I must introduce both the born spiritual and logical souls to  some Astropsychology facts that may sound redundant to the thousands reading my work worldwide. But let start by making you aware that French President Francois Hollande shares the same exact Dragon than Hitler…Sad enough the wise German people depraved of Cosmic Consciousness gave power to a dictator that changed humanity course in the most deadliest way ever.

One must remember electing a President without checking his UCI, is much like an innocent young girl fallen for a young, attractive popular football player doomed to become addicted to drugs ending up in jail then died  an OD soon after his release. I am just stating the facts of life readers, remember you are dealing with Dr. Turi’s undiluted truth.  She did not know better, she only used her five limited human senses fed by her ego, his beauty, his popularity, his potential and finally elected and married him to run a common life. 

After the birth of four children the Neptunian pull of the stars became too strong and molded the fate…She is now alone forced into a series of low paying jobs unable to take care of her children, thus she is forced to take on a  ”exotic dancer” night  job. What she did not know she met her destiny and even signed the marriage contract under a  deadly Plutonic phase, sealing her very dramatic destiny…this is exactly what my country men did, this is what the unconscious French people did… 

But first let me explain a few things about French Nation and its Sun People. France like Italy are Leo countries under the Leo /Aquarius axis jurisdictions.  Leo rules love, the arts, children and even translate into the sexy loving sound of French and Italian singing attractive sound. Thus French like any typical Leo wants to play, have fun and shine. The Aquarius energy if felt with our exuberant, original, humanitarian, freedom oriented side and our gift with technology. A mixture of both gave birth to so many kings until  the rebellious Aquarius “La Bastille” revolution energy ended up with freedom and the decapitation of King Louis the XV and Queen Marie Antoinette. The stars have spoken the truth for all my students of Astropsychology while others readers can only either laugh or wonder…

My PLutonic Spirit is Coming back to Hunt you Humans

Europe was fated by Hitler’s UCI and dictatorship to suffer hell and freedom was gone, replaced by terrible Plutonic/repulsive deadly acts and the killing of millions of Jews in Holocaust. The precious love and freedom of France/Italy was gone replaced by war, endless murders where the Gestapo (Pluto expression of supreme power/death) reigned supreme for many years.

When Hitler was elected the death planet was in the sign of Cancer regulating home, family, food and general  security. During his passage in this sign Pluto exterminated millions, millions of homes were destroyed, families shattered and food was very scarce. In fact in my book “The Power of the Dragon” I called all the victims of Hitler wars “The Babies Wasted Generation.” 

After the war in 1945 Pluto moved into Leo and the world joined to bring back love and freedom to the world and the “Baby Boom Generation” replenished the world…Pluto acts like a razor blade, he kills and bring back life simultaneously but unconscious scientists and astronomers alike do not associate any living spirit within the core of any planet and see them all as dead rocks hanging above their educated heads only…

There is so much to gain for any human being becoming Cosmic Conscious and with it great opportunity to make a good use of their natal UCI that ultimately can lead them to reach emotional, financial and spiritual stability like I did…

Now the reasons why I associated French President Francois Hollande to  a dictator is because Hitler he was born with the same Dragon Capricorn (politics) Cancer (home) axis and I am about to generate his full fate and how his Presidency will affect the entire world. Knowing  the Universal Dragon is already mutating in his own deadly sign in Scorpio my findings and visions will speak of the future which has always been my utmost faithful witness… I have both good news and bad news readers and its always a good idea to be prepared…

The crucial information and my visions about to be divulged are not for the faint hearted as I am translating the Cosmic Code jurisdictions, the will of God speaking through the stars translated for the future of humanity.

America And France Love Story

I was barely 12 years old and “subconsciously” I knew I would one day end up in America there was many days where my class friend Claude and I walking the small streets of my village were pretending speaking English fluently by making up sound that sounded like American… Check my stunning life story!

AS I grew up in France and in the UK the very word GUNS stroke a deep fear in me and anyone born and raised in Europe, a condition set by many European Governments. Little did I know that one day I would become and advocate of guns, own a few of them and Teach Terania to protect herself and I in case of an emergency.

The same fear stroke my brothers and sisters when they visited me and saw one of my guns in my truck and in no way would any of them even touch the weapon. You see this is how I felt, this is how we were conditioned but moving to another country is also changing perception of so many things…

French people particularly were trained not to work hard and it all started with the Church Inc.  making sure every Sunday the born Neptunian, pious French  populace would keep feeding the beast of ignorance and fears by attending every Sunday services and its diabolical sermons. A conditioned mind to fear God and give donations to build more banks and mental conditioning centers. I can not expect the feeble minded  to comprehend the building of a nation’ spirit took centuries and the cancerous beast has propagated all over the world. While God and Jesus cosmic ministry are a part of my beliefs the propaganda or archaic man made delusions was codified in over 875 different religions, all plaguing and plunging the world into endless religious wars.  

Working hand and hand a politically oriented manipulating church forced many European nations to rely on their government for their own security and work as less as possible. I recall days when working overtime was prohibited so someone’s else could have a job. This is a wonderful attitude but socialism rewards those who refuse to work hard and stir the Plutonic souls to become less productive manipulating the system. Socialism attracts emigrants looking for a better life, and in France they found the best of the best because socialism means also being raped of 75% by more by taxation.  

I love my country for what it is, but the government will never educate its children to stay away from tobacco…In fact when I was in my army orientation days I was offered free packs of cigarette  and “Les Gauloises” are one of the most addictive bran you can get bringing billions to the French government.  Of course the  ”Baby Busters” green generation soon in power are finally making progress educating French people on the serious danger of cigarette smoking. France is a small country and over population is a serious concern and cancer is keeping the number down… I have seen and heard more people suffering throat cancer  in France than any other countries I lived as a young man. It still depresses me to harass my own 40 years old son Remy to stop smoking by making him aware of the dangers and his cavernous voice… 

I was myself a heavy smoker while living in France, England and Germany and it is in the US that I was able to kick the bad habit of cigarette smoking. I used to be pissed off at the new CA law forbidding smoking in a bar and I was raging war advocating French freedom…how more stupid and uneducated was I?

Its all about controlling the information and conditioning the mind and as a Leo (play time) nation, France would endorse less work and more time living life and enjoying their families. This is how I grew up and I did not know better and like much of the population living on the edge, knowing the government would always be there to take care of my medical and many other needs It felt right…

I was trained to work as less as possible, forced not to dream above my station or own anything luxurious or dangerous that would give me a chance to fight my government if I did not agree with them. Socialism like capitalism has its good and bad…If all French were working and not supporting millions of foreign fleas there would be enough money to go around and have a “French Dream” too. But this is impossible because all countries, including America realizes foreigners are also human beings with families to take care of that needs to be treated with respect.

But at least in the US I can own an exotic sport car or a hummer something that is totally impossible in France when you have to pay $8.00 or so for a gallon of gas…here goes my dream to be rewarded for the endless hours Terania and I put to serve the world. Born a dual my fate lead me to have two/four/six lives, speak 2, 4 languages and experience a full rewarding life on foreign grounds. As much as we are conditioned by our country of birth (and its main religion) we are also “conditioned by God and our karmic UCI or “Unique Celestial Identity” to live our  life. 

French identity, quality of life and expectations was “stolen” it seem and the voters picked a new leader that is dedicated to bring back their good life but is this really possible in 2012 on forward? Remember 99.09% of this world population, including religious, political and scientific leaders do not possess Cosmic Consciousness and are totally oblivious of God’s celestial signs and his cosmic will…

The stars and fate of French President Francois Hollande. 

With Mercury (the mind) The Sun (fame) and Pluto (death) all in the sign of Leo, the stage, power and control appeals to Hollande.  Both his Moon (France infrastructure) and his natal Dragon Head (luck/growth) are located in the political oriented sign of Capricorn. Many politicians and successful entrepreneurial people .i.e Oprah Winfrey were born with this “snobby” Dragon. This earthy Dragon is the perfect Dragon to be born with to become a politician and opened all the doors for Hollande.   

Meantime France reflects the  Leo (love/arts)  Cancer (food/security) energy  and on July 9th 1789 the National Assemble declared itself  Constituent Assembly. The Bastille Day is the French National Day, which is celebrated on the 14th of July each year and right on the Dragon’s Tail (negative) of  President Hollande. Thus during these public celebrations he could be experiencing both the reality of his Presidency results making him prone to assassination.  

Protective Jupiter resides on his Dragon’s Tail in Cancer but with Uranus (chocking/explosions) there too security must be very tight…As incredible as it may sound his stars and legacy will benefit the rich, the power of structures, politicians, England, India and all Capricorn countries’ privileged selects wealthy groups and powerful corporations. In fact his Dragon’s Tail is right  on his own France country and will do nothing but bring more government control and extreme taxation. While under his command the French expect  a better life, the opposite is to be expected to the point of creating as serious revolution.  

America July 4th 1776 is also like France a Cancer country and will not get much help from him while some special interest groups will gain. He will make France looks very good to the eyes of the world by totally changing its infrastructure and how French feels about work.

Hollande shares the same Dragon as Hitler and  the deceptive dictator put a serious emphasis on WORK  ”Arbeit Macht Frei” said the sign over the Nazi concentration camp. It’s German for “Work Makes Free.”

IN fact French people will be forced into a full restructure of how they work where paid holidays and benefit will be “confiscated’  and turned into heavy taxes. 

Holland Pisces (middle East/oil) hidden Dragon  does not help with the heavy French/Muslim population where a lot of secrets, hidden, manipulative, deceptive political maneuvers will take place at the ensue of the French population.  Hollande was born with Saturn (fears) in Scorpio (power structures/Russia) and this planet depict the heavy structure, discipline  and intolerance from his own father afflicting his rigid upbringing. 

Mars (wars) is located in his 5th house (speculations) in the sign of Sagittarius (foreigners) and he could make hasty decisions when diplomacy should be used. Close to his birthday next August the Tail of the Dragon will  enter the sign of Taurus (money/banks/Euro) where serious economical challenges will face him and the rest of the world. The head of the Dragon will force a new face-lift to the French internal/working infrastructures affairs where more restrictions will plague the way the social security  is run. This will make the old retirees French population very insecure.

Hollande is NOT to be trusted because his Dragon’s Head endorse the rich, the powerful, privilege selects, wealthy corporations and this is good news for the rebirth of a capitalist America once Obama exit the white house. On a negative side, very smart Capricorn is known to be one of the most manipulative signs with extremely powerful friends (secret services – FBI/CIA) regulating their wishes. 

In any case the stars dictates serious changes for both the US and French Leo Presidents and if Obama get re-elected it shows the true essence of what controlled, manipulative politics are all about in all countries working hand and hand for a one world’s government.   

The house of death for any Leo soul and both the US and French Presidents is regulated by the sign of Pisces, this sign rules the Middle East, terrorism, religious institutions, drugs addictions where the reasons for death are never clear. Drowning and poisoning could also enter the subject’s life .i.e Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston and so many Leo celebrities.    

Born with the Tail of the Dragon in his subconscious Hollande is prone to serious depressions, suicide and dementia runs high in the subject’s life especially if religion or medications leading to addictions becomes preeminent.   

Degeneration for both Presidents will come from the Tail of the Dragon afflicting or forcing career changes in their 10th house of Career and the 4th house which is the changes imposed by the Dragon on the base of operation or the White House for Obama and The Élysée Palace for Hollande. Both Presidents and their top advisers are non Cosmic Conscious but in the case of Hollande born with the tail of the Dragon in cancer he is completely under the jurisdictions of the Moon and omitting the Universal Laws of the Moon can only be extraordinary detrimental for anyone in such position and his decision making. Hitler is indeed a good example of the lessons the world did not learn for electing any unconscious President outside of the Cosmic fated jurisdictions which will in time share his fate with those he rules…  

The months of July, January, November and May will be noticeable for Francois Hollande’s political career, France and the rest of the world.
