Judy Note: It appears we have a crisis on our hands. It was rumored that the 2020 US Presidential Election has been ruled invalid. If so, the entire group of elected federal and state officials, plus any legislation they passed, was also invalid. It will be interesting how, or if, the press covered it.

We knew back in 2020 that in the Presidential Election, the Democratic Party was discovered to have worked with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and 65 foreign countries including Venezuela, to take control over US voting infrastructure in at least 28 states.

Back then the Military counted watermarked ballots and found fraudsters attacked seven key states and over 600 county polling locations to swing the 2020 Election to Biden. The Military also knew that the CCP leveraged financial, nongovernmental and foreign allies to acquire influence. Electronic voting machines were compromised and millions of invalid ballots were used in the election.

We knew all about that back in January 2021 before Biden was put into office. I even wrote an article about it - that most didn’t believe. Joe Biden was sworn in as president of a bankrupt and defunct US Inc. Corporation. Just prior to his pre-recorded-in-Hollywood-by-Castle Rock Entertainment Inauguration, Washington DC, Capitol Hill and the White House were secured within miles of barbed wire fences and 60,000 National Guard troops.

Now over a week later, over 30,000 troops and the barbed wire fencing remained.

In reality an Interim Military US Government had taken over Washington DC and was running our country. The two US governments: (1) a legitimate Interim Military US Government empowered by the Constitution and the Department of Defense under Military Code 11.3, and (2) an illegal, fraudulent foreign paid-for, foreign controlled (on the foreign ground of the District of Columbia) Biden Administration.

The US Military appeared to be in charge of Biden and making him sign blank Executive Orders on a stage set of the Oval Office. The White House was said to be empty.

The whole operation began way last Jan. 2020 during a government shutdown. President Trump was said to have reorganized several agencies including the US Treasury, IRS and Federal Reserve. Now the US Military had control of all assets including taxpayer dollars at the new US Treasury near Reno.

This was all made possible after a Sat. 9 Jan 2021 raid by US Military Special Op Teams on CIA Headquarters in Langley Virginia. The raid produced firm evidence that the CIA, Democrats and other traitors had conspired with foreign entities led by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), to interfere in the 2020 Election.

Earlier that Saturday morning 9 Jan. there had been two attempts on Trump and his wife Melania’s lives (there were said to have been twelve plus such attempts since he gained office).

Trump had had enough. He immediately instigated the Insurrection Act (put into law by George Bush Jr. after 9/11), and then turned his authority over to the US Military.

With the nation now under Martial Law, Trump would remain as US President until all those who committed treason were arrested, including those who certified the illegal 2020 Election.

Some in the Pentagon had been preparing for this for over twenty years. The US government was corrupt throughout including Congress and the three letter agencies. There were a lot of traitors whose cases had already been processed through State Grand Juries. There was an estimated 80 to 140 Congress people thought named in over 223,000 sealed indictments filed in federal courts since Trump took office.

Of those, 85% to 95% indicted were Democrats, intermixed with a few Rino Republicans. The majority of charges were said to be pedophilia, child exploitation, misappropriation of US Taxpayer funds and conspiring with foreign powers to influence the 2020 Presidential Election – an act of Treason. Some serious charges couldn’t be brought because Obama pardoned so many in his last days in office.

By Jan. 2 2020 Military Tribunals were said to have already began at GITMO for high profile elites such as the Clintons, Obamas and Bushes. Charges against them were believed to include Capital High Treason, Election Fraud, Child Sex Trafficking, Money Laundering, Misappropriation of US Taxpayer Funds, plus Uranium One, 9/11 and Benghazi crimes.

It was no wonder the Democrats wanted to impeach Trump, again. On Thurs. 28 Jan. certain traitors in both the House and Senate did in fact recognize Trump as the acting US President when they voted, again, to try to impeach him. Under rules of the Constitution you could not impeach a US President if he didn’t presently hold the office.

Donald Trump wasn’t worried about being impeached from the presidency of the bankrupt and defunct US Corporation. He had other plans. On 11 Jan. 2021 Donald Trump was inaugurated as head of the Patriot or Constitutional Party, which made him a candidate for US President, again.

The US Military was about to restore the US Republic to laws underlying the original Constitution as written prior to 1871. That election was planned to be held on 4 March 2021 through use of a transparent, secure and instantaneous Quantum Voting Computer where citizens could vote using their own computers, or phones.

For many years the Chinese Communist Party (not the Chinese government, which was working to become a democracy) had been involved in a takeover of America. That war culminated when just prior to the 2020 US Presidential Election, the CCP bought Dominion Voting machines that through use of an Italian satellite loaned with money at the Vatican, threw what was believed to be millions of Trump votes to Biden. And, the CIA raid proved it all.

The war between the CCP and the US actually ended on Thurs. 28 Jan. 2021 Former Navy Intelligence officer Simeon Parkes reported a showdown in the South China Sea. Jeannine Larrick has been released from the Guernsey County Jail, though still faces charges of Obstruction of Justice for harboring her abused daughter Kaitlynn. After seven years of suffering beatings, starvation for a year, refused medical treatment and other atrocities while in the Ohio Foster Child System, Kaitlynn and ran away to the protection of her mother.

Although the original charges were dropped against Jeannine, the Municipal Court has kept the case open, refused to take Larrick’s filings and had another court hearing on her case on Fri. 4 Sept. 2026. There they offered Jeannine to drop the case if she would admit to Obstruction of Justice - which she, of course, she refused. The jury trial has been set for Sat. 21 Nov. 2026. Let us pray that Constitutional Law is in effect by then.

The intention of Ohio authorities appeared to be to prevent Jeannine and Kaitlynn from testifying against Ohio Child Protective Service authorities, Guernsey county sheriffs, court authorities and Journey Home NYAP foster care – all believed involved in Human Trafficking.

You may have heard about the massive wildfire that has burned over 90,000 acres, and has cause the evacuation of the city just south of our Florence (Colorado) Prison Camp, Medium, High and Super-Max Prisons. Within the last hour we could see that the flames have worked their way over the top of the mountains and are within view. We also learned earlier this morning that 300 homes and 4 business have burned down. We're told that the prison does NOT intend to move us, but rather to shelter in place. This doesn't sound ideal to me as the smoke is really bothering this old man's asthmatic lungs, I've been struggling with coughing fits. Would you pray for the safety of the over 2,000 inmates at the four prisons?

The fires have also caused the warden to cancel all visits until further notice. Unfortunately, my sweet 90 year-old mother and my brother had planned for weeks, purchased tickets, and arranged for a car rental to visit this weekend, but of course, better safe than sorry. Hopefully, they'll be able to come for a visit soon.

The whole operation began way last Jan. 2020 during a government shutdown. President Trump was said to have reorganized several agencies including the US Treasury, IRS and Federal Reserve. This was all made possible after a Sat. 9 Jan 2021 raid by US Military Special Op Teams on CIA Headquarters in Langley Virginia. The raid produced firm evidence that the CIA, Democrats and other traitors had conspired with foreign entities led by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), to interfere in the 2020 Election.

Earlier that Saturday morning 9 Jan. there had been two attempts on Trump and his wife Melania’s lives (there were said to have been twelve plus such attempts since he gained office).

Trump had had enough. He immediately instigated the Insurrection Act (put into law by George Bush Jr. after 9/11), and then turned his authority over to the US Military.

With the nation now under Martial Law, Trump would remain as US President until all those who committed treason were arrested, including those who certified the illegal 2020 Election.

Some in the Pentagon had been preparing for this for over twenty years. US Attorney General for Utah John Huber and his 740 investigators had been very busy since 2016. The US government was corrupt throughout including Congress and the three letter agencies. There were a lot of traitors whose cases had already been processed through State Grand Juries. There was an estimated 80 to 140 Congress people thought named in over 223,000 sealed indictments filed in federal courts since Trump took office.

Of those, 85% to 95% indicted were Democrats, intermixed with a few Rino Republicans. The majority of charges were said to be pedophilia, child exploitation, misappropriation of US Taxpayer funds and conspiring with foreign powers to influence the 2020 Presidential Election – an act of Treason. Some serious charges couldn’t be brought because Obama pardoned so many in his last days in office.

By Jan. 2 2020 Military Tribunals were said to have already began at GITMO for high profile elites such as the Clintons, Obamas and Bushes. Charges against them were believed to include Capital High Treason, Election Fraud, Child Sex Trafficking, Money Laundering, Misappropriation of US Taxpayer Funds, plus Uranium One, 9/11 and Benghazi crimes.

It was no wonder the Democrats wanted to impeach Trump, again. On Thurs. 28 Jan. certain traitors in both the House and Senate did in fact recognize Trump as the acting US President when they voted, again, to try to impeach him. Donald Trump wasn’t worried about being impeached from the presidency of the bankrupt and defunct US Corporation. He had other plans. On 11 Jan. 2021 Donald Trump was inaugurated as head of the Patriot or Constitutional Party, which made him a candidate for US President, again.  

The US Military was about to restore the US Republic to laws underlying the original Constitution as written prior to 1871. That election was planned to be held on 4 March 2021 through use of a transparent, secure and instantaneous Quantum Voting Computer where citizens could vote using their own computers, or phones.

For many years the Chinese Communist Party (not the Chinese government, which was working to become a democracy) had been involved in a takeover of America. That war culminated when just prior to the 2020 US Presidential Election, the CCP bought Dominion Voting machines that through use of an Italian satellite loaned with money at the Vatican, threw what was believed to be millions of Trump votes to Biden. And, the CIA raid proved it all.

The war between the CCP and the US actually ended on Thurs. 28 Jan. Former Navy Intelligence officer Simeon Parkes reported a showdown in the South China Sea. The CCP had been trying to take over Taiwan. Taiwan was where gold was stored that would back countries including the US, for a Global Currency Reset. Parks said that there were air battles between America and Taiwan fighter jets against CCP jets and “the CCP lost big time.”

Introduction

Dimethyl sulfoxide (“DMSO”) is a simple compound with a remarkable blend of therapeutic properties. Over the last year, I’ve compiled thousands of studies showing how it treats a wide range of conditions, including:

• Neurological disorders such as strokes, dementia, paralysis, and neuropathies (discussed HERE).

• Circulatory disorders such as Raynaud’s, varicose veins, and haemorrhoids (discussed HERE).

• Chronic pain (e.g., from disc herniations, bursitis or complex regional pain syndrome) and tissue injuries, such as sprains, concussions, burns, surgical incisions and spinal cord injuries (discussed HERE).

• Autoimmune, protein and contractile disorders, such as arthritis, scleroderma, amyloidosis and interstitial cystitis (discussed HERE).

• Head conditions, such as tinnitus, ear infections, dental problems and sinusitis (discussed HERE).

The FDA succeeded and DMSO’s incredible utility became largely forgotten. However, due to its remarkable efficacy and the extensive evidence corroborating its medical utility, once I brought attention to DMSO (in a post-covid world where widespread scepticism exists towards the medical establishment), it rapidly went viral, and there is now a similar interest in DMSO to what was seen in the 1960s.

Because of this, I have now received over 5,000 reports from readers who’ve benefitted from DMSO (which I compiled here),¹ most of which match the effects typically attributed to DMSO (e.g., rapid healing from an injury or eliminating debilitating chronic pain). However, I also come across some that are quite extraordinary, such as this 75-year-old man who regained sight in his eye after being blind since birth after using DMSO to eliminate a chronic sinus infection.

Murray’s story illustrates one of the least appreciated facets of DMSO: it is exceptionally well-suited to treating a wide range of eye conditions – many of which are considered incurable within conventional medicine.

DMSO and the Eyes

DMSO’s uses for the eyes originally emerged after participants in early clinical trials noted that their vision frequently improved when an unrelated issue was being treated (as DMSO will concentrate within the eyes) – something many readers have also reported to me. As DMSO has a variety of different therapeutic effects, such as healing tissues, reducing inflammation, eliminating infection, removing protein deposits or increasing blood circulation and fluid drainage, it is well-suited to treating a variety of eye conditions.

As such, numerous studies and hundreds of readers have reported remarkable improvements in the following eye conditions:

• Floaters, cataracts and other opacities within the eyes.

• Myopia, astigmatism, presbyopia and other focusing problems (allowing many people to reduce or eliminate the need for glasses).

• Dry eyes, blurry vision and eye strain (especially from screens).

• Eye spasms and muscle twitching.

• Glaucoma and elevated intraocular pressure.

• Healing from eye surgeries and eliminating adhesions within the eyes.

• Growths on or around the eyes (skin tags, chalazia, pterygia, etc.).

• Blepharitis, conjunctivitis, uveitis and other inflammatory or infectious eye conditions.

Author’s Note: The extremely high success rate readers have reported for treating floaters is quite noteworthy, given the lack of satisfactory conventional treatments for the condition.

In turn, since many of the above conditions can impair vision (along with many more minor ones not mentioned), it is not surprising that many readers have reported visual improvements from DMSO ^{2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31} (e.g., many reported improved night vision ^{32,33,34,35,36}). Reports include:

• “I just dabbed a bit of DMSO on my eyelids and got an immediate improvement. I could see my pool shots so much better.”³⁷

• “Vision has improved, and I can read some small text again – The deterioration of vision that I felt at night after a few hours on the screen has lessened.”³⁸

• “DMSO immediately helped my eyesight by improving contrast after I just put a little above my ankle.”³⁹

Furthermore, DMSO’s therapeutic properties enable it to reach the retina and optic nerve, thereby directly treating many challenging visual disorders that ophthalmology still struggles to address (e.g., beyond lowering eye pressure, DMSO can directly counteract the degenerative process of glaucoma).

Author’s Note: DMSO has also been repeatedly shown to enhance the penetration of drugs into the eyes, allowing lower (safer) doses to be used and to potentially eliminate the need for eye medications to be injected.^{40,41,42,43,44}

Eye Protection

One of DMSO’s most well-documented properties is its ability to protect tissues throughout the body from a variety of otherwise lethal stressors, such as heat, cold, radiation, poisons and a loss of blood flow – which is a key reason why it produces such remarkable results for strokes and other central nervous system injuries.

In turn, many readers have reported remarkable stroke recoveries with DMSO (along with a dog who’d developed a variety of vestibular neurological issues such as uncontrolled eye movements, due to mini strokes which immediately resolved from small amounts of DMSO and magnesium).⁴⁵

Author’s Note: Multiple readers have also reported DMSO rapidly resolving the visual disturbances occurring with migraines.^46,47

As the eyes are also nervous tissue, similar effects from DMSO have been repeatedly observed within them:

• Injecting 1.5% DMSO into the eyes of rats subjected to 90 minutes of retinal ischemia (via optic nerve ligature) was found to reduce the number of ganglion cells that died.⁴⁸

Author’s Note: One reader reported, “I got IV DMSO after an optic nerve stroke and I’m pretty sure it saved my eyesight in that eye.”⁴⁹ Another shared that six weeks after a retinal bleed,⁵⁰ that eye had episodes of partial loss of vision (“grey outs”) which cleared a few minutes after applying DMSO gel to the eyelid of the affected eye, and a third shared DMSO treated a branched retinal vein occlusion in the eye that was no longer responding to standard therapies.⁵¹

• In mice, numerous studies have shown that DMSO treatment protects retinal cells from damage caused by toxic bright light exposure, preserving retinal function and structure (whereas in untreated mice, most retinal cells were damaged or died).^52,53,54,55

Author’s Note: A reader who damaged their eyes from excessive sunlight exposure (due to pre-existing inflammation weakening the eye) was able to heal their eyes with DMSO.⁵⁶ Likewise, another reader who damaged their eyes by accidentally staring at the sun for too long (presumably due to sun gazing) also healed their eyes with DMSO.⁵⁷

Finally, in parallel with DMSO’s ability to heal damaged eye tissue, numerous studies have shown that normal doses of DMSO have no toxicity to the retina or optic nerve.

Retinal Diseases

DMSO’s restorative properties make it uniquely suited to treat challenging degenerative eye diseases.

“My son has retinitis pigmentosa. He uses DMSO eyedrops. They help his [eye’s] field of vision.”^58,59

For example, retinitis pigmentosa (“RP”),⁶⁰ is a genetic disorder that causes gradually increasing visual loss and is incurable (excluding a rare subset that an $850,000 gene therapy treats about half the time).⁶¹ As such, it immediately caught a few doctors’ attention that their RP patients had their vision improve while receiving DMSO for something else.⁶²

This prompted a preliminary (successful) investigation that found that DMSO applied to the eyes improves RP⁶³ and then a larger trial of 50 patients with RP or macular degeneration.⁶⁴

There, no retinal toxicity was observed, and 22 (44%) had improved visual acuity, 9 (19%) had improved visual fields, 5 (10%) had improved night vision and 48 (96%) had no further worsening of their vision (which would otherwise be expected in these retinal disorders) – results which are quite extraordinary. This, for example, was one patient in that study:

“When his DMSO treatment was started, this patient could see hand motion only with his right eye, and had a visual acuity of 20/200 (Snellen) in his left eye. Five days later, his vision was measured as 20/70 + 1 in the left eye, and he could count fingers at 5 ft with his right eye. Three months later, his visual acuity was 20/50 in the left eye.

“This patient has continued his treatments daily, except for a 1-week trial interval without DMSO. He noted that his vision began to get worse during this interval, and when he restarted treatment, his vision returned to the level he had just before discontinuance. His most recent visual acuity measurement (two years after starting DMSO) is still 20/50 in the left eye, and he can count fingers at 6 ft with his right eye.”

Animal studies have also shown that DMSO prevents retinal vision loss:

• Low doses of DMSO (0.01% in drinking water) protected retinal cells in mice engineered to model RP.⁶⁵

• In RP model mice, from day 4 to day 23 of life, untreated mice experienced a loss of retinal function not seen in normal mice,⁶⁶ whereas DMSO-treated mice had those parameters improve – scotopic a-wave amplitudes (-42% vs. +107%), photopic a-wave amplitudes (-8% vs. +65%), photopic b-wave amplitudes (-20% vs. +56%).

• In Alzheimer’s model mice, very low-dose (0.01%) DMSO in drinking water improved early contrast sensitivity deficits and restored normal outer retinal (ELM-RPE) thickness.^67,68

• In Alzheimer’s model mice, 0.01% DMSO in drinking water prevented the visual loss seen early in the disease process and restored the thickness of the retinal pigment epithelium.

• In rats with diabetic retinopathy, subconjunctival injection of 10% and especially 50% DMSO significantly improved retinal function (higher B-wave and flicker ERG amplitudes) and restored retinal thickness.⁶⁹

In parallel, readers have reported a variety of significant visual improvements from DMSO in a variety of eye disorders (e.g., vision loss due to RP, glaucoma, or multiple sclerosis), including many instances where “incurable” macular degeneration (AMD) improved ^{70,71,72,73,74,75,76,77,78,79,80,81,82} (or stopped progressing^83,84,85):

• “I personally have used eye drops for 6-7 years. It has effectively stopped my macular degeneration.”⁸⁶

• “Personally I have used DMSO eye drops for three years. My retina doc said my scarring is down 50% with my AMD.”⁸⁷

• “I use DMSO eye drops for my macular degeneration, and it brought my sight from 25/40 to 20/25.”⁸⁸

• “I [have AMD] and have been using 40% DMSO for three weeks. Before, I was having ink-blot-like hallucinations that severely affected my central vision, to the point where I couldn’t drive at night even with my glasses on. Just three weeks later, I can now drive at night in the rain without wearing glasses at all, and the impairment in my central vision is completely gone.”⁸⁹

• “I tested my AMD with an Amsler’s chart earlier this year and my left eye showed distorted lines. After a month of DMSO, I had no more distortions.”⁹⁰

• “My husband has macular degeneration and he is using DMSO. It’s been about four months and his vision has not gotten worse, I think it’s improving. He’s driving better.”⁹¹

• “I now use the drops for my macular degeneration. Have great results.”⁹²

Author’s Note: Most of the reports I’ve seen on macular degeneration were improvements of the more common (dry) form. Some evidence also suggests it can help wet macular degeneration by inhibiting VEGF and the formation of new blood vessels, which underlie many eye diseases.^93,94,95,96

Additionally, DMSO has also been reported to heal a variety of other challenging retinal conditions. For example, readers have reported improvement of a macular hole,⁹⁷ a severe macular pucker that had required urgent surgery,⁹⁸ and a torn retina that had previously healed badly.⁹⁹

Reversing Blindness

DMSO’s ability to treat conditions like macular degeneration also allows it sometimes to produce even more remarkable results. For example, when I initially received Murray’s seemingly impossible report that DMSO restored sight in an eye that had been blind for 75 years, I was inclined to believe it as I’d read very similar accounts within the early DMSO literature, such as:¹⁰⁰

• A man who had been blind for more than 30 years after having dynamite explode in his face, who started seeing flashes of light after applying DMSO to the head.

• A man who lost sight in the right eye (along with other functions of the eye like focusing) and gradually lost sight in the other after an almost fatal impact by an automobile while skating down the road.

After trying DMSO for hair loss, he noticed a sensation in the back of his right eye, so Dr. Stanley Jacob (the pioneer of DMSO) decided to apply DMSO to that eye, eventually settling on a high concentration (which stung for several minutes, caused tears and left the eyes bloodshot for about 20 minutes). After this, sight rapidly returned to the right eye (as demonstrated in a blindfold test), along with him regaining the ability to see colour (something his good eye had lost since the accident).

Author’s Note: One reader has also reported being able to cure their colourblindness with DMSO.¹⁰¹

• A man who had been blind for many years in one eye (only able to distinguish light and dark) regained his sight in that eye with DMSO (e.g., he demonstrated this by walking unaided in public areas and describing objects and events while his good eye was covered).

• A man who was almost blind (leading to him being entirely dependent on others, like his wife, to take him anywhere, cut his meat, or keep his house clean), after a year on DMSO, regained his sight and no longer needed assistance to do anything (which was of great relief to his family).

Author’s Note: These results led Jacob to test DMSO on a series of patients with incurable blindness, many of whom then had their vision improve.

Conclusion

I’ve spent decades seeking out methods to treat macular degeneration, and seen a few approaches (e.g., intensive nutritional regimens, eye circulation improving regimens or energetic inputs that reawaken dormant retinal cells) “do the impossible” and bring lost sight back to the eyes.

It’s hence quite noteworthy that DMSO is both able to create many of these same therapeutic effects (e.g., by increasing microcirculation to the eyes, it greatly increases the vital nutrition retinal cells receive) and like those therapies, restore vision, but do so in a much more broad and economical way (rather than only targeting one component of vision loss).

More importantly, the fact that DMSO can quickly and easily treat “incurable” conditions like vision loss provides a critical lesson into the myriad of other chronic illnesses we are facing, as the eyes are not the only part of the body affected by the ever-increasing circulatory impairments (many of which result from vaccination) and nutritional depletion of the food supply seen throughout society.

The significant health challenges our society faces require doing something different. Fortunately, as things like DMSO’s saga show, the solutions we are searching for already exist.

More importantly, we have reached a unique historical crossroad, as the dire need to fix America’s disastrous healthcare has thrust us into a never-before-seen political climate where large parts of the culture, media and government support rather than oppose the adoption of these real and affordable pathways to health. It is up to each of us to make the best of this moment and rediscover the forgotten umbrella therapies.

You will probably never take another synthetic painkiller after you try this.

Today I want to share with you a recipe I’ve been testing for over a year that has significantly changed my life.

All it took was some reading, two herbs and two mushrooms that I could easily get from my local herbal shop.

I went from being a recluse who wasn’t even able to get out of bed most days to probably the most active I’ve ever been. Now, I can play with my kids again, go on hikes, and enjoy all the things I had to give up because of my fibromyalgia.

All the doctors I went to couldn’t even pinpoint the cause of this debilitating disease. I was put on a fistful of pills and shown the door, which only made my wellbeing worse.

I found the recipe I’m sharing with you today by browsing through a copy of the Holistic Guide to Wellness when I was visiting a friend’s house. It was a lifesaver.

The ingredients’ main target is pain, but they have plenty of other medicinal properties that can help every single part of your body at once!

I’ll tell you about them below.

Liquid Morphine Ingredients

The first ingredient in the Liquid Morphine is Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera).

You’ve probably seen this particular herb trending on TikTok. People love it so much because it’s been proven to lower cortisol levels, which can also alleviate stress-related pain and tension as well. If you have rheumatoid arthritis, muscle soreness, and chronic pain disorders, a tincture made from this plant will benefit you greatly.

I was so surprised by the people’s testimonials, I decided to give it a chance. It has helped me recover from physical and emotional stress – and that’s because it also supports the adrenal glands. Withanolides, the active compounds in Ashwagandha, have been shown to lower the inflammation levels in the body.

The second ingredient is called Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis).

This soothing herb unfortunately has a very bad rep. A lot of people call it a weed and usually step on it or uproot it.

But if you’re someone who experiences sleep problems, headaches, nerve pain or muscle tension, you might want to stop trying to get rid of it, and instead pick it up and turn it into a tea or a tincture.

Lemon Balm contains compounds like rosmarinic acid and eugenol, which have analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. It’s these compounds that will fight stress-induced pain, migraines, and even digestive issues for you.

Thanks to is its sedative properties, Lemon Balm also promotes a restful sleep. This was game-changing for me since the pain I was in kept me up all night, and tired and groggy all day.

The next ingredient in the recipe is Lion’s Mane Mushroom (Hericium erinaceus). 

This is another natural medicine I discovered because it was popular on the internet.

I was in so much pain when I discovered it, I was willing to try everything, including things that weren’t recommended by my doctor. Little did I know then, these helped me more than anything he ever made me take.

I like this mushroom so much because it doesn’t only help with alleviating my pain, but it also improves my cognitive abilities. It’s the only mushroom that’s able to successfully stimulate your nerve growth factor production. This means it can successfully protect and actively regenerate nerve cells.

When you’re in pain, there are certain chemicals inside you called neurotransmitters that get released. These neurotransmitters signal pain to the brain. Prolonged exposure can lead to physical damage to these nerves – that’s why you probably feel random tingling, numbness or weakness in certain areas of your body.

That’s why it’s particularly useful for people with multiple sclerosis or fibromyalgia, like me, where pain is often linked to nerve damage.

However, if you need something for topical pain, Cayenne Peppers might be the answer. You don’t have to rub them on the painful area like people used to do, instead you can use this salve. It’s anti-inflammatory, and it can really help you if you have arthritis, carpal tunnel, knee pain, muscle soreness, shoulder pain or tennis elbow. It’s even healed people post-knee surgery!

The last ingredient in this recipe is called Reishi Mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum). 

It’s also known as the Mushroom of Immortality.

It practically boasts of medicinal benefits, including pain relief. It contains triterpenes and polysaccharides, which have potent analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Also, it has adaptogenic properties, which can be of use to people who suffer from muscle tension, migraines and joint pain.

If you’re in a lot of stress, it can also balance your cortisol levels and support your adrenal glands. This will promote relaxation and improve your sleep, which are two essential factors for pain management.

Lastly, Reishi can regulate your immune system, leading once again to less inflammation and pain.

Before reading the Holistic Guide to Wellness, I’ve been taking these herbs individually. I was afraid to combine them because I thought they would make me sick, much like how ibuprofen and blood thinners interact. It wasn’t until I read the Holistic Guide to Wellness that I realized the benefits of mixing them together.

DIY Liquid Morphine Recipe

The method here is a bit different, as we’ll be making a double extraction. This way, you get to extract both the water-soluble AND the alcohol-soluble medicinal compounds from mushrooms and herbs, which in turn will make your concoction much more powerful.

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp dried Ashwagandha root
• 2 tbsp dried Lemon Balm
• 2 tbsp dried Lion’s Mane
• 2 tbsp dried Reishi
• 1 pint (500 ml) of high-proof alcohol (preferably vodka or over 80 proof alcohol)
• 1 pint (500 ml) water
• Glass jar with lid (mason jar or similar)
• Cheesecloth or strainer
• Dark amber glass bottle for storage

Preparation

First, you need to prepare the herbs. Chop or break them, then place them into your mason jar. Pour enough alcohol to completely cover them by about 1-2 inches. Close the jar tightly and store it in a cool, dark place for 4-6 weeks. Make sure to give your jar a good shake daily to ensure maximum-extraction of the alcohol-soluble herbs.

Now, for the water extraction.

After the 4-6 weeks period has passed, you strain the herbs and mushrooms through a cheesecloth or a fine strainer. Then place the strained herbs and mushrooms in a pot with about one pint of water. You bring the water to a boil, then lower it and let it simmer for about 30 minutes to an hour. You let it reduce until there is about half the water left.

Once your mixture cools down, you strain the herbal material again, but in a separate container from alcohol.

Lastly, you combine the two extracts in a clean jar or bottle. You should have two parts alcohol to one part water extraction. You transfer your combined tincture into a dark amber glass bottle to protect it from light. Label your tincture with the name and the date.

You can take about 1-2 droppers full 1-2 times per day as you might need.

The Better Alternative

However, if you don’t have the time, the tools, or the place where you can source your ingredients from, you can purchase the same tincture with the same ingredients from here. It’s made by one of America’s top herbalists, and all the herbs in it are either wild-harvested or organically grown – which not a lot of supplements can claim!

The Liquid Morphine might just become one of the most-sought remedies once a crisis strikes, pharmacies get looted, and hospitals overcrowded.

Of course, this 1973 movie is not a perfect mirror of our day and age. Despite its attempts at looking futuristic, Soylent Green remains quintessentially 1970s, and its star, Charlton Heston, brings that distinct “old school movie star” aura that doesn’t really exist anymore.

Nevertheless, Soylent Green made dark predictions about our current decade that show impressive foresight and, apparently, insider knowledge of the elite’s true intentions. And, sadly, the movie is only getting more relevant as the years go by. Here are the movie’s many predictions that are becoming a reality.

Soylent Green depicts a dystopian society where cities have turned into overpopulated hellscapes and the masses face severe shortages of food, water, and housing. Resources are scarce, as only the elite class can afford apartments in heavily guarded buildings.

Now let’s look at some recent pictures from a couple of cities (and imagine them with the same brownish filter used in the movie).

In recent years, numerous cities in the Western world have seen the emergence of sprawling encampments where homeless people form entire communities at the edge of society. As cities deal with mass migration, rampant drug use, and lax policing, these “tent cities” are increasing in size and number. Some mayors not only tolerate these camps, but also normalize them as part of modern city life.

The direct result of these communities is the creation of 2nd-class citizens with no rights, no resources, and lives valued less. This is a core concept found in Soylent Green.

Another detail in the movie that is relevant in the 2020s is that many “peasants” wear facemasks.

While the prevalence of facemasks has died down since COVID, the elite absolutely want to see them make a comeback. And some circles still cling to them for dear life.

In the oppressive context of the movie, regular food such as fruit, vegetables, and meat have become a luxury that is only affordable to the elite. The rest of the world is fed a highly processed product made by a mega-corporation. And that’s their plan for us in real life.

In Soylent Green, the general population is stuck in urban areas because farmlands have “turned into fortresses”. Indeed, the elite control all fertile land, preventing people from owning it and growing their own food.

Well, this is happening right now. Here are some headlines from the past couple of years.

Across the Western world, a powerful push is making farmers’ lives as difficult as possible so large corporations and elite-connected billionaires can buy up their land.

The same people buying up these precious lands are also pushing us to eat insects or completely synthetic abominations.

Soylent Green is said to be derived from plankton, making it more delicious and nutritious than the previous Soylent Red and Soylent Yellow. However, we eventually discover the dark truth: Soylent Green is not made of plankton at all.

Soylent Green‘s big plot twist and shocking ending is that the masses have been eating people the entire time. And everyone who tries to blow the whistle on this sick operation ends up dead.

Hopefully, none of the processed foods we eat contain human meat. However, in recent years, there has been an insane push to normalize, rationalize, and even glamorize the idea of cannibalism. Here are some headlines from mainstream news sources such as NBC.

As pointed out numerous times on this site, there’s also a disturbing trend to make cannibalism cool and desirable in entertainment.

The concept of corporations sourcing human body parts to conduct business is also being normalized. For instance, Lady Gaga’s company, Outer Bio, obtains discarded human skin from hospitals and other brokers for research. Here’s a short video summing up this strange company.

Through social engineering, the concepts of cannibalism and industries sourcing human meat are slowly being normalized.

However, when Soylent Green was released in 1973, these things were considered insane and utterly revolting. Indeed, when the character Sol discovered the truth about Soylent Green and the powers that be, he decided that it was time to “go home.” And by that, he meant he was done with being alive.

This takes us to another highly accurate Soylent Green prediction.

In Soylent Green, people can walk into government clinics and request euthanasia. As if to entice more people to go through with it, these clinics seek to make the process as pleasant as possible while providing “death benefits” (money) to family members who survive them.

While in 1973, the concept of the government assisting citizens in killing themselves was pure dystopian horror, it has become a reality in several countries around the world. And, during the 2020s (the decade in which Soylent Green takes place), things have ramped up to a bizarre degree – especially in Canada.

Canada’s “Medical Assistance in Dying” (MAID) used to be reserved for people with terminal illnesses. However, things changed in 2020 when the country moved to allow MAID for people “without a foreseeable death.” Since then, MAID numbers exploded, creating a scenario similar to what we see in Soylent Green.

And things might get worse. In 2027, Canadians 18 years and older with mental illness, such as depression or personality disorders, could also access doctor-assisted death in Canada.

As requirements for assisted suicide get lower, the world is slowly inching towards a Soylent Green scenario.

So the character Sol, who was disgusted by the state of the world – and specifically by the discovery that he’s been forced to be cannibal – decided to “go home” using government-assisted suicide. And, in a darkly ironic twist of fate, we discover that he will be turned into food himself.

Hopefully, that’s not what is happening with the 100,000 bodies that the Canadian government had to dispose of in the past decade.

In recent years, we’ve seen a growing number of people react to current news by saying something like, “That’s just like Soylent Green!” It is not merely that the movie made accurate predictions about the future; it’s that those predictions became prevalent in society pretty much exactly when the movie takes place, the 2020s.

Indeed, many of the things depicted in Soylent Green ramped up aggressively in the past decade. From the sprawling homeless encampments in most major cities in the West, to the elite buying up farmland, not to mention the generalization of assisted suicide, Soylent Green got it, unfortunately, frightingly right.

While we’re not at the movie’s level of catastrophe, the elite is definitely engineering society in that direction. With that said, I will leave you with the last frame of the movie.
