Tom Fairbanks – How a Witness Like You Can Help Expose the Darkness – Write an Affidavit!

For years Judy Byington has reported on Satanic Ritual Abuse, the coverup of high-level perpetrators and the unresponsive legal system in the State of Utah and elsewhere.

From my own years of investigation, I offer a second witness to validate Judy’s experience, specifically regarding the lack of prosecution of Satanic Ritual Abuse and the corruption of the judicial system in the state and nation.

In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established. (2 Corinthians 13:1)

From 2021 to 2024, I gathered detailed intelligence reports on SRA and secret corruption in Utah that connects to the Clinton Foundation and beyond. I sent the reports to the military through my military liaison. Unknown to me at the time, the chain of command was infiltrated, and instead of reaching the military, my intelligence reports were turned over to Deep State operatives.

After I began receiving death threats for my investigations, I went for whistleblower protection to both the Utah State Attorney General and US Attorney for the District of Utah, John Huber. Instead of supporting further investigation, they falsely charged me, covered up the real crimes and protected the criminals, as if to suggest that Satanic Ritual Abuse doesn’t exist in Utah.

As early as 2017, I was told that ‘they’ (the Utah AG’s office) couldn’t investigate my claims of corruption and Satanic Ritual Abuse, with this stated reason – ‘It would be a conflict of interest.’ The only way this could be a conflict of interest is if they were involved in the allegations.

Some of the documentation from my investigations is  found in four published books (https://www.real-lifeuniversity.com). Fortunately, the intel is still pertinent, is expanding by the day, and is waiting for delivery to the proper authorities – perhaps the Global Military Alliance Child Sex Trafficking Task Force.

In June 2026, I began a legal claim with the military, based on my years of investigation and the resulting call for protection as a whistleblower. This Criminal Referral addresses corruption in the courts, widespread election fraud, false criminal charges and Satanic Ritual Abuse coverup in the State of Utah, issues which directly connect to the halls of the nation’s government in Washington, D.C.

Those reading this report may be personally aware of abuse and corruption. I call for your help to bear truthful witness by writing an affidavit in support of a military criminal referral. Affidavits will turn hearsay evidence of oral and written stories into legal and actionable documents.

This Criminal Referral seeks affidavits from persons with direct, first-person experience regarding Satanic Pedophilic Criminal Conspiracy by law enforcement, including the FBI, the Utah State Attorney General’s Office, the Clinton Foundation and high-ranking leaders throughout the United States of America and around the world.

Affidavits will be kept private and safe and used only as supportive evidence. Information regarding this case will go directly to the military for use in military tribunals, including Sec. Pete Hegseth and Commander-in-Chief Donald J. Trump. Timing is critical.

An Affidavit of Truth can be made without involving a notary, which I learned from Sidney Powell:

28 U.S.C. § 1746 allows an unsworn declaration, certificate, verification, or statement in writing to be used with the same force and effect as a sworn declaration, oath, or affidavit whenever such matters are required or permitted under federal law. The statute specifies the execution within the United States, its territories, possession, or commonwealths.

The declaration must state: Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1746 “I declare (or certify, verify, or state) under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. Executed on (date).”

Instructions for Submitting an Affidavit:

PREPARING THE DOCUMENT –

• Start by reporting the critical information. Answer the basic questions – what happened, when and where it happened, who was involved in the situation you witnessed and why you are reporting it.
• Make your writing clear and to the point. Additional details can be added later.
• Proofread for accuracy and veracity.
• To make the affidavit legal, you must include this code 28 U.S.C. § 1746.

SENDING THE DOCUMENT –

• Prepare the document in pdf form to be emailed as an attachment. Copy the original affidavit in color with your signature in blue ink, preferably.
• In the email message, provide your witness contact information.
• On the subject line, title the email: Criminal Referral Affidavit RE: Tom Fairbanks
