Is the world in or fast approaching the End-Times prophesied in Matthew, the Book of Revelation, Daniel and Isaiah? With unusual worldwide weather phenomena, such as the destructive 2012 East Coast superstorm: , Japan’s devastating earthquake, Tsunami and nuclear disaster in 2011: and Hurricane Katrina’s 2005 desolation: many believe we are. Thomas Horn, internationally acclaimed author along with respected theologian and apologist, Cris Putnam believe we are as well and tell readers why in their new release, Petrus Romanus: The Final Pope Is Here. And if they are right, the antichrist is alive and waiting in the wings to appear.

The first of four parts begins with Prophecy at our Doorstep, where they introduce Saint Malachy’s “Prophecy of the Popes,” a saint who many believed had the “gift of prophecy.” Saint Malachy recorded a vision he received during his visit to Rome in 1139 A.D. and gave his writings to the Vatican Pope Innocent II who hid it until 1590 when the prophecy was first published.

The vision contained a list of cryptic Latin verses that forecast 112 popes, from Saint Malachy’s time to the last pope named, Petrus Romanus (Peter the Roman). The prophecy said Peter the Roman would be the false prophet who joins the antichrist. Together they would form a one world religion and one-world government that would begin the great tribulation and the “great apostasy.”

Remember Brothers and Sisters, we are just sojourners here- Just passing through. This is not our home, our home is in Heaven. So do not value your life nor possessions here, but to store up your Heavenly Treasure in our final destination… To meet our Creator…To come Home… To be in Heaven.

Be of good cheer- Our appointed time draws nigh.

“Remember Brothers and Sisters, we are just sojourners here- Just passing through”

You don’t know any such thing. So why are you preaching it?

This Petrus Romanus article by Barracuda completely warped. St. Malachy’s prophecies say nothing about any validly-elected Pope joining forces with Antichrist. Neither does Holy Scripture.

Pope Benedict XIV is not Petrus Romanus (Peter the Roman). The next Pope following Benedict is prophesied to be Petrus Romanus, the last Pope of this age.

Barracuda is spreading false information bordering on demented.

Actually Anonymous, if you had clicked on the blue “more here” at the end of the article you would of found Barracuda did the norm, just passed along a story he thought was of interest to his followers.

There isn’t anywhere in this article, either here or the FULL ARTICLE that states Pope Benedict XIV is the last Pope. The full article, if you had read it, stated just the opposite!

There are a few variations of this prophecy out there, depending on who’s interpetation I guess. The main points are the same, the next Pope is suppose to be the last. He will bring in the destruction of the holy church by way of one-world religion. The antichrist will appear on the scene during this time. Everyone pretty much knows the rest.

Why argue over it and call people names? It is what it is and there is nothing we can do to stop it. The best any of us can do at this point is put OUR OWN HOUSE in order, make peace with our Father, and walk the best life we can in our Fathers’ eyes. Nothing more, nothing less. Always live by “WWJD” and you can’t go wrong.

The bible only mentions, earthquakes in various places, wars, rumours of wars. Which are about as useful as a chocolate tea pot as a prophesy seeing as there hasn’t been a moment in our history where those things have not been ongoing somewhere. It dose not say anything about bad weather, tsunamis.

“The way society has seemed to have lost so many of it’s moral values.” What you mean the ‘religious’ can no longer practice slavery, racism, sexism, burning people alive for disagreeing?

Long live secular law. A 100% improvement on ‘kill the infidel’ religious laws.

PIX- I’ve never commented on a comment before; but I have noticed that you gladly post your personal comments on virtually every article (or, for that matter, comment) that makes allusions toward Christian concepts. Your venomous (and often repeated) dribble is tiring! Please feel free to keep your comments to yourself—everyone “gets it”—you have faith in your humanist ideology—good for you, I hope it works out for you in your end, but your constant comments on others Christian faith and hope are ridiculous!

What a terrible thing for you to say, Anonymous.

If Pix didn’t have Christians and Christianity to flog and to spit at, and if Pix didn’t have B4IN comment threads to spatter with her sputum, then Pix would have no reason at all to continue to draw breath. Without Christianity to slander and to smear, what would Pix be? Why, nothing at all.

How could you try to take away everything that Pix is and has? That’s not very thoughtful of you, Anonymous.

  • drd

Thanks for setting me straight, Dr Lecter, I apologize PIX, please continue to dribble!
