20 Signs That You Are A Psychopath

Lawyers are the second most “psychopathic” profession in the world after CEOs, according to Kevin Dutton’s book “The Wisdom of Psychopaths.”
In his book, Dutton interviews a cold-hearted lawyer who embodies psychopathic tendencies.
“Deep inside me there’s a serial killer lurking somewhere,” the young attorney told him. “But I keep him amused with cocaine, Formula One, booty calls, and coruscating cross-examination.”
The phenomenon of psychopathy is so enticing that British journalist also Jon Ronson wrote a book on the psychopaths in our midst.
“I think my book offers really good evidence that the way that capitalism is structured really is a physical manifestation of the brain anomaly known as psychopathy,” says Ronson, author of “The Psychopath Test: A Journey Through the Madness Industry” in an interview with Forbes.
“Basically, high-scoring psychopaths can be brilliant bosses but only ever for short term … they always want to make a killing and move on,” Ronson says.
But how similar are high-powered (psychopathic) executives to the average Joe?
Armed with psychologist Robert Hare’s widely used psychopath diagnostic tool, the Psychopathy Checklist-Revised (PCL-R), Ronson explored the world of mental health and criminal profiling to understand what makes some people psychopaths.

Take the psychopathy test and find out. Each of the items in the test is scored on a three-point scale: A value of 0 is assigned if the item does not apply, 1 if it applies somewhat, and 2 if it fully applies.

And don’t worry if you score too high. Dutton’s book argues that society actually couldn’t function without psychopaths.
From what I know and have read about sociopaths also know as Psychopaths ,they can blend in just like anyone else.They are very good at lying and cheating ,they are very charismatic, they are sneaky devils that prey on others, a lot of the time for financial gain.Is it any wonder CEOs are the number one offenders,they can destroy some ones life and then go out for drinks afterwards without feeling any remorse or guilt what so ever.

Not to forget the most important sign: a psychopath has no remorse or empathy towards others whatsoever in pursuing his goal. Killing, stealing, lying, cheating, blackmailing, these are all tools in the hands of a psychopath. The only thing that keeps him from using them is the law.

In very real ways, most people are not sane today. You cannot live in a cesspool and expect to smell like a rose. We are all deeply touched by the great perversion, that is the norm on Earth. The completely insane, believe they are sane. Those that question their sanity, have not yet become irreparably psychopathic. If you feel at times that you are inside of something that is very wrong and very destructive, you are still on the side of sanity. It is only when everything seems just fine and all is well, that you have flipped to the other side and are capable of anything. You should consciously acknowledge the insanity of our world, on a daily basis, in many situations. It requires no comment or discourse but just conscious awareness that you are deeply embedded in something fundamentally sick. You must hold on to what was placed in your heart and remember constantly, how things should be and that they will eventually heal. Our world is the usual fare, we are used to but it is wrong in so many ways and we need to maintain our personal balance and not forget who we are and what is right. Never give up; never despair and hold the goodness in your heart, that you were born with.

thank Yah that i am the opposite of a psychopath. i don’t know anyone who has a personality that is so evil as these 20 characteristics…. lying, manipulative, self-centered, no goals, no empathy. who could stand to be around a person like that? i figured a psychopath would have different characteristics. Like… everyone is out to get me, violent, mean to animals, not able to have close relationships, introverted, not able to hold a job, no religion, no love for anything (not even self), depression or suicidal thoughts. this article is more geared toward business or company people? i guess i can think a a few bosses i had that were like this.
