Building Her Dreams and Her Dream Home - Airess

Kara is another Oklahoma-based Airess who admits she had major reservations joining Airess. In fact, she had major reservations joining a multi-level marketing company like many people often do.

“I always said no to MLM and even had excuses specifically prepared for when I was asked. Then Airess came along and none of my excuses worked, so I had to jump in!” she says. “Airess was the only MLM company I wasn’t hesitant about signing up for. I loved the makeup and knew I had to share it with my friends.”

When it comes to using Airbrush Makeup, Kara admits she thought it was only for special occasions. “I have had airbrush makeup done for several weddings, including my own. I didn’t know I could have that flawless look every day and for an affordable price,” she shares.

Her favorite attributes of Airbrush: “I love that I can have full coverage without feeling like I have makeup caked on. I also love the hygienic factor. I’m guilty of not washing my prior makeup brushes. With airbrush makeup, I’m not concerned and I have way less breakouts,” Kara shares.

Duplicate success: This is one of her top tips for new Airess consultants or those considering joining the team. “Duplicate what other successful Airesses have already done,” she shares. There’s no need to reinvent the wheel and make it harder than it needs to be, she explains.

She encouraged someone to join Airess with a real-life Facebook post: “I had a girl come to me and say ‘tell me about your business’ right after I posted about paying two car payments with my commission. She has taken off with her business and she inspires me to push harder every day,” she shares.

Kara uses her past resistance to MLM companies to keep pushing her current business. She says one of the best things she’s experienced since joining Airess is pushing herself to do something she said she never would do. She uses that as motivation to push through and be a success.

If someone has reservations about joining her team, she keeps it simple. “This is your business and it is what you make it. If you want a different outcome, try something new – it’ll be worth it,” she happily shares.

Confidence is the key to selling. Like many of us, Kara admits selling to friends can seem like a daunting task. “I have learned to step outside my comfort zone. I’m generally an outgoing person but had a hard time approaching friends with products. Now I’m confident in our products and don’t see it as ‘selling’ to friends, but more, sharing my favorite products with them,” she says.

Her motivation in all this? Kara is building her dream home with the money she is consistently earning as an Airess. “I am seeing my dream home come to life,” she says.
