Our Beauty Mavens’ Best Beauty Advice

We love hearing and sharing beauty secrets and tips. It’s how some of the best trends and best use of time happens when it comes to makeup. In an effort to help out all our Luminess Beauties, we walked around the office asking some of our most stylish and beautiful women what their beauty secrets were.

Whether to keep hair lasting fresher longer, how to keep their skin silky soft, or something else, we’ve rounded them up all here for you:

To avoid adding to the emphasis of dark/darker undereye circles, I prime and apply my eye shadow first. Wipe away fallen shadow from under my eye with a small amount of moisturizer and soft cloth. Then prime, conceal, continue! – Robyn, Graphic Designer

Even working at a makeup company, I still have days when I am just not feeling makeup. But, no matter what, I always do my eyebrows and my nose. I know that sounds weird, but hear me out. My nose is shiny and has huge pores, so I always wear a matte pore-filler to make it look not-gross. And, I like doing my brows now because I recently went platinum blonde. My brows are a dark brown, so making sure they look full, pristine and beautiful really makes them pop, and makes me feel a little more put together.
