Noctilucent clouds are not geo-engineering. From what I have seen with my own eyes and of which there are pictures of on the internet, Noctilucent clouds at all latitudes will enter into chemtrails and even haarp rays, and break them apart, or “burn” them up. I have seen these Noctilucent clouds do amazing things to chemtrails. There is no reason to assume that Noctilucent clouds are geo-engineering. It can not be said simply because there is an electrical current running through them, or because there are metal particles in them from meteorites. We would have to see that the technology we have similar to haarp is not capable of creating such complex patterns in the Noctilucent clouds which then go on to break apart chemtrails and haarp. Haarp itself does not break apart chemtrails in the same way but instead forms them together. So we are dealing with different energies here. The energies behind Noctilucent clouds are natural and universal. They are living beings which have been sent to help clean up Earth. Incase there is still any confusion, I should say again that noctilucent clouds have been seen at all latitudes. Some people call them Sylphs. In the North and South poles the ionization from space causes them to light up. On other latitudes they are merely seen as clouds with very fiery yet solid characteristics. They are a plasma, not a gas cloud. Sometimes one can see rainbows in them, even moving through them. I have meditated with them and sent them good energy to help transmute the heavy metals in the haarp and chemtrail skys around me. Suddenly tons of them showed up, and in a matter of minutes I could see one chemtrail on the horizon and it was wiped into a full on wave with maybe three undulations or bows. It was also freying at the edges like fire, which they do not do naturally. The chemtrail was being burnt up. This is another reason to believe that chemtrails are actually occurring, because these low altitude noctilucent clouds, or Sylphs, will come in armadas, in no clear line or pattern which would indicate technological control, and will start to burn up all of the chemtrails. They are like schools as giant whales. Look up “Sylphs and chemtrails” On the internet. On google images I believe they have pictures of these sylphs burning up chemtrails.
