I am a former landsurveying engineer and elder lector, retired from 1999 on. I am living in Finnish Lapland at the Arctic Circle. In 2005, I got a strong insight about the glacier of Greenland that could start to discharge into the Arctic Ocean. I thoroughly studied the subject that means a giga scale ice-shedding, and I was convinced. The ice-shedding is an annual natural event in the Arctic rivers every spring but one day, it will occur in Greenland and cause a global series of super earthquakes and sky-high tsunamis, discharging almost a million times more destructive energy than the Indian Ocean tsunami was said have released. The insight stuck into my mind and did not leave me alone. Eventually I wrote a book concerning that future event and even updated it in the fall 2009.
