Harry Coumnas Visited The Sea of Cortez

Harry Coumnas, a successful businessman, is fond of traveling. He along with his friends recently visited the Sea Of Cortez also known as the ‘Gulf of California’. The Sea of Cortez is bordered by the states of Baja California, Baja California Sur, Sonora, and Sinaloa.

It is a magnificent place with the desolate Sonoran landscape to its north and creates areas where open desert suddenly spills into a beautiful, sparkling coastline. The beaches are appealing, some have broken-shell sand, some consist of rocks and others are made up of crystal-fine sand. Visiting Sea of Cortez was a very pleasant experience for Harry Coumnas.

The Sea of Cortez is referred to as “the world’s biggest fish trap.” It attracts numerous tourists every year for its eye-catching flora and fauna. It offers numerous opportunities for nature lovers, outdoor enthusiasts and for those who want to rest and relax. It provides you an opportunity to enjoy various adventurous activities such as scuba diving, kayaking, boating, snorkeling, swimming, hiking and fishing. Harry Coumnas tried his hand on all these activities and enjoyed staying with local people, learning about their culture and beliefs. He is highly compassionate and supports saving the wildlife and letting them live in their natural habitat.

From the abundance of sea life to the clarity of waters, the Sea of Cortez is surrounded by spectacular natural beauty. Harry Coumnas enjoyed watching whales, sharks, dolphins, birds, blue-footed boobies, pelicans, sea lions, cormorants and gulls.  He managed to capture these creatures and other views with his camera. Apart from that, he also loved the seafood available there.
