Sandor Samuels, President of Bet Tzedek - the Los Angeles “House of Justice” - is nominated to Alternet’s SubCrime 1% list

As Chief Legal Officer of Countrywide and later Associate General Counsel of Bank of America, Sandor Samuels was the key person in fraud on homeowners, on shareholders, on the taxpayers, and in corruption of banking regulators, the California and US courts.  Today he has the audacity to hide under the title of President of the Los Angeles Bet Tzedek “House of Justice”.  The Los Angeles Jewish and legal communities have been repeatedly put on notice since 2007…

Los Angeles, November 7 –  with the launching by Alternet and others of public listing of the 1% SubCrime figures, Joseph Zernik, PhD, of Human Rights Alert (NGO), has nominated Sandor Samuels, former Chief Legal Officer of Countrywide and former Associate General Counsel of Bank of America to the list.

In justifying the nomination, Dr Zernik says:

• FBI Assistant Director for Criminal Investigations Kenneth Kaiser;
• US Department of Justice Director “Fast and Furious” Kenneth Melson;
• US Judge Virginia Phillips, US Magistrate Carla Woehrle, and Clerk Terry Nafisi in the US District Court, Central District of California;
• Circuit Judges Stephen Reinhardt, Marsha Berzon and Milan Smith, as well as Clerk Molly Dwyer in the US Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit;
• Securities and Exchange Commission Chair Mary Schapiro;
• Comptroller of the Currency John Dugan;
• Office of Thrift Supervision;
• Office of Federal Trade Commission.

Detailed evidence of racketeering in the courts by Mr Samuels has been repeatedly forwarded since early 2007 to the Los Angeles Jewish and legal communities.   Regardless, Mr Samuels continues to be embraced by both, as:
