Abolish the Federal Reserve and the IRS

We the people of the United States need to audit and abolish the Federal Reserve System and Internal Revenue Service due to poor oversight. In a speech to Congress, Rep. Louis T. McFadden (R. Pa.) made a profound statement concerning the national debt stating, “The Federal Reserve Board, a Government Board, has cheated the government and its people of the United States out of enough money to pay the National Debt.  The depredations and the iniquities of the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve banks acting together have cost this county enough money to pay the national debt several times over” (quoted from the Congressional Record, pages 12595-12603).

Since this system is able to make money out of thin air with nothing supporting the bank note, all loans (including credit cards) are considered fraudulent.  Banks are not following the National Banking Act of 1864 (http://www.highfrequencyradionetwork.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/National-Banking-Act.pdf) In a speech to Congress, Rep. Further, the Federal Reserve appoints the IRS to collect taxes from Americans, however where does the money go?  Why is our infrastructure crumbling?  Why is our education system broken?  Why are our healthcare premiums skyrocketing?  And, why is our banking system continuing to print more money then it has for wars and other unrelated activities that do not benefit Americans?

In conclusion, Executive Order 13037: Commission To Study Capital Budgeting needs to be repealed as it indirectly describes the American People as human capital.  In addition, Executive Order 11110: Department of the United States Treasury needs to be enforced, which will save the United States from acts of tyranny.  This will bring prosperity to our country and ensure all Americans that we can truly become leaders in our own right.  This will also act as the foundation to drive out corruption that invades our freedom.  We the People of the United States petition the United States President and Congress to draft a bill to abolish the Federal Reserve Bank and the Internal Revenue Service and replace it with a working banking system such as the United States Treasury to collect excise taxes, non-protectionist tariffs, and corporate gains taxes.  This is in support of H.J. Resolution 48 (Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States providing that the rights extended by the Constitution are the rights of natural persons only) recommended by former Congressional Member Ron Paul.
