The move is taken to safeguard the emotions of employees and to provide them safer and comfortable workplace. On the other hand, internal politics within the company can result into legitimate complaints and downplaying. In this matter, giving training to employees related to job culture and other characteristics that boost confidence in dealing with wrongdoings.
