Benjamin Netanyahu tweets remarks on Iran “deal”

Earlier today Bibi Netanyahu took to Twitter to speak out on the Iran “deal”.

“@netanyahu: This is not a historic agreement, it’s a historic mistake. Lifting the pressure, this “first step”, might be the last step.

Like the agreement reached with North Korea in 2005, this agreement has made the world a much more dangerous place.

For years the international community has demanded that Iran cease uranium enrichment. Now it consents to it, in direct contravention of UNSC resolution.

Iran is taking only cosmetic steps that could easily reversed, and in return, sanctions that took years to put in place will be eased.

Without continued pressure, what incentive does Iran have to take serious steps that actually dismantle its nuclear weapons capability?”

The answer is none. He’s right about this. The deal with Iran by Kerry is a betrayal and yet another step towards President Obama signaling an effective end to the alliance between the United States and Israel.

Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu appeared Sunday on CNN’s State of the Union, sounding like a man unconvinced of the Obama administration’s Iran approach. Indeed, he candidly said he didn’t agree with the interim deal being batted around:

“This is a big issue and the people of good faith can have different opinions and friends and the best of friend can have different opinions. We agree on a lot of things and some things we disagree on.”

Another foreign policy failure by Team Obama.
