Are you an arm-chair Patriot?
My Grandpa would tell me that ‘Talk don’t mean squat! It’s what you do that matters’. And as time has gone by I realize just how right he really was and I understand the real importance of his words in today’s America.
You see…it’s real easy to talk and we have all kinds of methods for talking today don’t we? In fact we have an over-abundance of social networking sites and blogs etc. etc. Practically anyone can talk about anything they want to talk about. But like my Grandpa said, talk don’t mean squat.
Our Founding Fathers were eloquent speakers and wrote great speeches and gave great speeches but they were also doers, men of energy who backed up their words with action.
I have always appreciated the words of Thomas Paine when he said, “Those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom must, like men, undergo the fatigue of supporting it.”
We have not been doing a very good job of supporting freedom and liberty in the USA. We often talk a big one. However, when it comes to real action are we on the couch or the chair? On the other hand, are we standing up speaking out and moved to action?
Have you ever wondered why we have allowed our nation to spiral down to the pitiful point that it is at currently? And yes friends, this started long before the current White House occupier, he is just the latest in a long line of Presidents that have shown no regard for our Constitution and our American way of life. But we have allowed all this to happen because of our own lack of action…we have no one to blame but ourselves.
Another Founder said this, “If men were angels, no government would be necessary. If angels were to govern men, neither external nor internal controls on government would be necessary.” – James Madison
Men and Women are not angels. So therefore we must be responsible and we must be active in supporting our Constitution and our way of life or… my friends we will lose it.
If you believe that voting for another politician is all that is meant by action then please go back to the chair, you’ve done enough. What we need today is a revival… a revival of patriotic spirit and fervor like our Founding Fathers had…one that is not easily diminished and one that does not give up when the going gets tough.
I can only imagine what true patriotic Americans could do if we only had the same resolve as our American ancestors and would get out there and march and make our voices heard loud and clear.
So are you a Patriot in the same manner as our Founders or are you an arm-chair patriot? Only you can answer that question but whatever the case may be….we don’t have much time left to save the Republic. And the choice is ours (yours)…we can stay on the chair and talk or we can get out there and make real change happen.

CONstitution? who precisely does it apply to and can you PROVE IT??
The courts have ruled that the people “you/me/us/private people” are not a party to the constitution!!

So IF the PRIVATE PERSON cannot complain in court for a breach of the CONstitution.. it begs the question, WHO IF ANYONE does the CONstitution apply to??

Now, since we are not parties to the CONstitution, nor are we signatories to it. What is the nexus that ENSLAVES US TO ANY PART OF IT?? Clearfield doctrine, PRODUCE THE CONTRACT!!!!
WHAT first hand knowledge can you provide, that proves that the CONstitution, statutes/laws apply to ANYONE simply for being somewhere within a geographic area???..

As mentioned earlier, the courts call the CONstitution, a compact, and a compact is a CONtract!
There is no SEVERABILITY CLAUSE within the body of the CONstitution! That means, ANY BREACH WHATSOEVER, NULLIFIES ANY ALLEGED CONTRACT!!
That brings us to how the breach occurred! The courts, inclusive of the supreme court, have consistently ruled that the POLICE “the gvt” has NO DUTY TO PROTECT the individual/rights/property!! I omitted the cites to support this but they are so well known there isn’t any reason to post them!!
The duties outlined in the CONstitution for the “government” to perform, is to PROTECT THE INDIVIDUAL/RIGHTS/PROPERTY!!
The governments own courts, at the behest of the government itself, have assisted in the ABROGATION OF THOSE DUTIES.. THIS CONSTITUTES BREACH OF CONTRACT!! AN ONGOING MATERIAL BREACH THAT NULLIFIES AND VOIDS ANY ALLEGED CONTRACT BETWEEN THE PRIVATE PERSON AND THE PRIVATE FOR PROFIT CORPORATIONS MASQUERADING AS GOVERNMENT!!!
Further; Claiming that the law applies because the law says so, isn’t proof of anything except a pathology one should seek therapy for!
An indictment isn’t proof of jurisdiction either, it’s just an accusation as is a traffic ticket!
Feelings, Beliefs and hearsay aren’t proof of jurisdiction either!!
Also, are we not presumed INNOCENT of ALL elements of any alleged crime? and isn’t one of those elements JURISDICTION!
Now with all the aforementioned in mind,.. please provide your first hand PROOF that the CONstitution and laws, rules, regulations etc. apply to ANYONE!!!
