The battle between these global super-heads has been raging for years now. Both Putin and Obama have been have been on the brink of war as disagreements flared over what is transpiring aboard. Over this past weekend, at the United Nations Sustainable Development Assembly, it was these two leaders who not only met in private, but also lit up the floor of the United Nations with talks on Syria.
In the video below, The Next News Network, delves through the events that transpired at the UN, and here is what they had to say on the youtube commentary:

He is putting soldiers and military equipment into Syria and launching a new diplomatic offensive. Adding to the problem was the strategy of looking to Iraq as a base from which to attack Isis in Syria. This plan never came to fruition as Iraqi government forces disappointed whenever called upon. The result is that western Iraq has, like much of Syria, become fertile ground for Isis.

Mario, I’m not trying to sign you up for any church but consider for a moment that your understanding of the Scriptures is flawed. The Old Testament is replete with prophecies of the coming Messiah and the one typically referred to today as “Jesus” fits the bill, if you are well acquainted with the New Testament. But here is the catch, “Jesus” is not just the “son” of God – He IS God. Let the Word speak for itself:
John 1:14: “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.”…
And before that, we have this:
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.”
John 5:58: “Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I AM.”
He is the Word made Flesh. He is I AM. If that doesn’t click, then I’m not sure of how to show that the discrepancy you suggest doesn’t exist outside the narrow confines of religious traditions.
And speaking of discrepancies that don’t exist, same goes for the second part of your statement about the Chosen people.
Messiah is the savior of ALL Men. Not just the Chosen People. That’s what His sacrifice was for, to break that Old Testament curse. One of the more astute students of Scripture here, who goes by the name “Ephraim” has written a few excellent articles on the subject – on how Messiah WILL be the savior of ALL men, and how the notion of eternal punishment is contrary to what can be found plainly written in the Word, if you remove the modern translations of course.
