While making drunken rants threatening large population groups, is not a good idea… is it a crime? If no one is hurt, there is no crime… and no, we are not talking about hurt feelings.. it is not criminal to hurt anothers feelings. If I say for example, I am going to steal something… has a crime been committed…. no….
