There are many health benefits of drinking distilled water instead of tap or even bottled water.  First distilled water has no water borne contaminants such as toxic metals, non bio available minerals and industrial pollutants.  The problem with municipal water is that chlorine and fluoride are added as part of the water treatment process.  Distilled water filters out these chemicals to make what is known as pure water.  

There has been a lot of disinformation out there saying distilled water is bad for you but lets look at this ridiculous statement.   Distilled water is the exact same process as rain water is created.  Water evaporates, condenses in the clouds and then falls as rain.  Would it be harmful to you to drink pristine rain water without any industrial contaminants?   Of course not!   

Some people have said that distilled water is bad because there are no minerals.  But the minerals in them do not come from food and so are not bio available.  It’s best to get all your minerals from food sources or natural supplements.  One thing you can do to make sure your body gets a boost of enzymes and nutrients is to take two tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar per day and a few ounces of Organic Aloe Vera Juice.  You can also squeeze half an organic lemon in a gallon of distilled water.
