Basically we eat like our ancestors to get well, and everything else that isn’t natural is making us sick!

I am a strong supporter of the Weston Price information on health and diet and their effect on dental cavities, who have already demonstrated that modern diets are harmful to teeth… I believe those same diets affect the rest of the body in adverse ways as well.  So what is the impact here?  Basically we eat like our ancestors to get well, and everything else that isn’t natural is making us sick! Well, how about developing a dietary lifestyle, where there are no more doctors’s visits… no more dental visits… no more sick days… no more feeling and growing older before your time! Sound good?
