I don’t enjoy writing this story but if it’s true and Manning is running from it then this cannot stand.  I think it puts a bad light on God when somebody who is supposed to be a man of God does this.    Its’s very hypocritical to ask people to give money to his church if he’s doing what he’s telling others not to do!  He knows better than this if he’s real and not a scam. This happened back in August but I never heard about it then and I’ll bet you haven’t either.   Is the tape real?   I’m not going to go into the gory details but it’s BAD!  You’ll have to listen for yourself and make up your own mind.   It’s certainly not something you would ever expect of a pastor that’s for sure!    He even uses mind control techniques by talking about how the Lord will put something out there for you!   He’s making it seem like the Lord put this 18 year old girl out there for him when he’s already married!   It’s crazy stuff and he’s a very good manipulator that’s for sure.  Was the church paying for this 18 year old’s debit card for the Pastor?  This man is making a mockery out of the church if this tape is real.  More investigation needs to be done and that’s why I have a question mark on it for now.

Was this young girl paid to do this or was this a CIA leak off the phone?   Did somebody put the girl up to this?   To me, it doesn’t matter because Manning knows he would be a target and he shouldn’t have done it anyway.    I’ve always liked Pastor Manning.   But this type of sin by a preacher can never be hidden in the shadows if it is indeed true.   I personally believe it’s real because Pastor Manning never denied this tape as fake.  I also don’t think the CIA went to all the trouble of putting out a fake Pastor Manning tape!   He’s also never confessed of this sin on his website at www.atlah.org

But ultimately you make the call here.   If it’s real then this is very serious!   How can Pastor Manning continue to be a pastor when he hasn’t even repented for this to his fans and congregation?   We are all sinners but a preacher has to be above this!  It’s almost like Manning is grooming this very young girl who he seems to have known for quite a while.  He wanted to get her a debit card and he tells her to make sure her friend gets a boyfriend so he could spend more time with her!   Pastor Manning needs to either confirm or deny this tape publicly.   If he confesses and loses some or all of his congregation then that is his punishment and he would deserve it for what he’s done here.  Then he can move on.  If he never confesses and keeps hiding it then he is a fake pastor who has no authority at all to preach the word of God and he should become a political comedian or something.
