Cravings: Lots of marketing is based on trying to get you to crave something that they want to sell. Sugar is so important to the elite, that they make sure it’s in as much product as possible.

Tolerance: Like other drugs, when you consume sugar, your body develops tolerance levels… and more sugar is needed to get a similar ‘fix’, or ‘high’, in extreme cases, this would be more perceptible.

Withdrawal: After the sugar rush comes the fall… the crash. It may not be a strong as other drugs, but it’s still there, and we know.

8. What now? Obviously there’s a need for humanity to go more natural with it’s sweeteners, for many many reasons. Lately, honey has been working best for me. Lots of fruit. I’m not generally lacking in sugar… I’m not overly hyped on it, but since it’s everywhere, it’s extremely difficult to avoid.
