Can You Handle Listening To Sounds Of Shanghai Under Lockdown!! This Is What Our Planet Sounds Like In The Spirit Realm!!

Here’s the challenge: Meditate or bear witness in non-judgmental loving silence, for 10 minutes, to the sounds of the suffering of humanity, in this case, the sounds of Shanghai under lockdown. If you can do this… post “I Am Love” in the comments section. If you struggle to be at peace throughout this process, simply post, “I Am embodying the love that I Am” without judging self. Why? For too long humanity looks away to the suffering of others. For too long humanity protects itself from the suffering of self and others. For too long humanity pushes away it’s own healing. What can happen if we do this? We can rise above our own unwillingness to heal, therefore healing. We can eliminate the automatic reflection within us, to distance ourselves from pain and suffering and others, for when we do this, it’s because we are protecting the unhealed parts of us. If we can stand in the pain and suffering of self and others, we can help heal ourselves and the planet. No longer can we live numb to the pain and suffering of self and others… when we know that love trumps all challenges against love. No longer can we allow our pain and suffering to trump love. In some senses our communities are Shanghai… many just scream in the inside… they suffer in silence, and allow no one to bear witness… what we are hearing with Shanghai, is how our planet sounds in the spirit realms… but it doesn’t have to be like this anymore… we need to heal ourselves and can’t afford to put that off any more… and when we do this… no more do we need to live in on the planet of tears.
