-Flax
-Sprout including: broccoli, radish, sunflower seed, greens, sesame (and many more)
-Beans
-Hemp seeds
-Barley
-Farm eggs and veggies, special mention: organic potatoes
-Oils: Coconut, hemp, avocado… sometimes peanut and sunflower
-Fermented veggies
-Milks: Sprouted Sunflower, sesame, hemp
-Spelt flour and other ancient grains, ideally sprouted… for homemade sourdough for bread and pizza dough, spelt pasta… spelt anything!

-Apple cider vinegar
-Himalayan salt
-Moringa (tea)

Supplements: zinc, selenium, magnesium, boron
Skin supplements: clay, magnesium, hydrogen peroxide, castor oil, Argan oil, coconut oil, hemp oil, Himalayan salt, baking soda, boron, wild-sourced clay

Well… this isn’t a complete list, but it’s definitely provides an overview of the basics of my northern diet and lifestyle. Except for some perishables, most of it is suitable for an off-grid diet, and refrigeration is not critical. I will also shop at health food stores, farmer’s markets and international markets as much as possible, while avoiding the supermarkets as much as possible. Restaurant meals will be limited, mostly because the general public’s food supply has become extremely toxic and in some cases, very dangerous, and we really don’t know what’s it most of it nowadays… obviously there is a food war going on, and I’m taking steps to minimize it’s effect on me. I not only want to survive the silent war, I want to thrive! Blessings, Indian in the machine
