They Are Trying to Destroy Humanity. What Can We Do About It?

Hey there friends, I’m sure most of you here are quite aware that things are not quite right with the reality as it is presented to us. Clearly the shadows of death are all around us and they truly do seem to be trying to sink the ship of humanity. 

What can we do to try to turn some of these things around?  It’s so easy to feel overwhelmed by everything.  What do we do when there is so much going wrong we don’t even know where to start?  Think of it as when you are trying to clean a super messy room… just pick up what’s in front of you and go from there.  Or perhaps, we are to jump off from the doomed ship onto a life boat and start new.. In fact never is there a command in Scripture to change Babylon’s mind but rather to come out of her.  Perhaps considering the state of world affairs, first and foremost we are to start living in the Laws of Life that the Creator has given us – these were not a means of earning salvation but rather the standard of the culture of life “so it will be well with thee and thy children all the days of thy life” Deut. 12:28, which is clearly not what we see around us at the moment right? I am amazed that even those who have different perspectives and worldviews can actually understand this concept of standing for what is right, because YHWH had put this law ie moral compass in our hearts so we intuitively know what is right and wrong according to the Instructions for Life – the real standard society should be living by instead of corporate(doesn’t this word mean dead bodies or something) fictional law, and we all need to start promoting/upholding life in our own circles to the best of our abilities… Ever notice that every now and then there appears to be a “time of appointment” in front of us we are apparently supposed to act on?  I know I missed one lately sad to admit; I was in the elevator, and there was a teenage white boy in it – I can usually tell who is open to me and who is not, and this one was.. yet all I did was smile and said nothing.  How easy it would have been for me to tell him to not believe the lies he is being told by the world, that he is still special despite his skin color and that he still has a purpose and value the Creator has given him - I KNOW I could have said this.. but I didn’t.  And now I pray that God will reach that boy through someone else and I am determined not to let another opportunity pass me by like that again.

A trailer of a movie (I literally don’t remember since it was one I didn’t care about, but nevertheless) once said “You don’t have to save the world – all you have to do is save what’s on the plate in front of you.”  Because we are all spaced apart it’s easy to feel alone – but we are not alone.  And get this, whether it be Star Wars or the Lord of the Rings, the “rebels” are the good guys and despite being outnumbered by the dark forces the good guys always win - or rather, can if they so choose to.  Note, however it is clear things may be a little different in our reality as clearly going to physical war has done nothing but enslave the common people further – so perhaps, are we now to fight in spirit and truth rather than muscle and brawn at this point in time?  Still trying to figure it out but the whole war thing, no matter how heroic they make the ads sound, just don’t seem to be delivering us the freedom we desire for neither us nor other countries’ civilians and some people’s conversation seem to imply we are in a conquered state already…  Anyhow, the spirit comes first, then the physical reality.  Scriptures state that Where the Spirit of YHWH is, there is freedom 1 Cor 3:17. So.. What must we do to actually get this freedom?  From what I understand at this point in time: Repent from covenanting with the spirits/gods of death and turn back to the One and only God of Life – the famous verse in Joshua 24:15 Choose you this day whom you will serve, but as for me and my house we will serve YHWH.  It’s like a marriage, somewhat, and we must mean what we say when we contact the Creator of the Universe – the transaction will eventually birth new life into even the physical reality.  We must also ask for Yahusha/Jesus’ atonement to be our covering, who not only taught “go and sin no more” but only qualified as the genuine Messiah as the perfect atoning lamb because he was in agreement with the will of the Father.  Because the chasm to YHWH has been bridged by the Messiah who is now our High Priest, we can now ask for YHWH’s Spirit anytime and live accordingly to the best of our ability to be worthy of manifesting the fullness of His Spirit.  We must ask for the Messiah’s covering when we fall short, but continue to transform and manifest His Spirit and culture of life into our communities.
