Celebrity Cancel Culture Started When People Would Cancel Themselves!

After sharing my post on cancel culture last night, I woke up with a remembrance that Buffy Ste. Marie was in my dream last nite.

You guys probably remember, that she was basically cancelled for claiming she was of native blood, even though there are also reasons to believe she is Italian.

You guys probably remember the rage, hurt, anger and disappointment that was brought up in people, as the allegations were brought forth in a news ‘expose’.

You guys probably remember her having to defend herself.

In my dream she told me that she had to retire from performing.

Gawd people! Who wouldn’t retire from the stage at that point.

Who wants to sing their heart out to people who would show up just to destroy her?

I feel like that sometimes.

I feel like I sing my heart out on the internet, on the stage of life, through the written word… and people show up just to see if I give them some reasons to hate me just a little bit more.

People show up so they can justify NOT supporting me.

I always thought my work would help bring us closer together, and for some of us, this is most certainly true.

For the masses… workers of the light grow further away from you.

I know we do this to each other, for we don’t understand each other, and we don’t relate to each other.

We don’t relate to each other like heart doesn’t relate to ego, and ego doesn’t relate to heart.

I was never a huge fan of Buffy… but I did admire and respect her.

Some of you may remember the time Buffy cancelled me twice, on facebook from being friends.

I think she was afraid of someone like me, not really knowing that I wasn’t one of those hateful indian activists…. or the kind of indian that hates other successful indians.

It must have been soul crushing for Buffy to be of service to the peace of the world, only to be cancelled.

The angry masses wanted Buffy on a cross like Christ.

The angry masses… they take the good ones, and they cannibalize their energy.

They take people who have made something of themselves, and they turn into public enemy #1.

They parade their chosen ‘role models’… around like examples of success…. but in reality, if those ‘role models’ ever stepped out of line, they would be crucified like the rest.

For me, I was never an official ‘role model’ and I most certainly never wanted the part… I wanted acceptance maybe, but I learned to cultivate that from within.

It was easy to do so, because I was do disappointed with the outworld.

The outerworld and it’s unspoken rules of success, deception and acceptance actually repelled me.

At a point in my life, I realized that I didn’t really want to be a part of that.

It was then, when I had come home from work and was watching CBC news as I was eating my supper, like I had done the day before and the day before, and, and, and….

I said to myself, “I can’t live like this”…. “I can’t do this for the next 30 years of my life!”

It was then when I heard the call.

I had the thought that “Jesus needed me”.

It was at that moment, with my supper still on my plate… I made the decision to help, “my brother”.

I chose myself.

Oh sure, I sometimes have regret and sadness that my life became much harder… more painful… and at times, unbearable, but I always come back to the feeling, that it is worth it.

I chose myself and it is worth it.

It is one of my truths.

It doesn’t make it any easier.

Just a few days ago, I was still cursing God for my circumstances of my life.

But after I cool my jets…

I chose myself and it is worth it.

I always come back to that, during my hard moments.

I know I was chosen too.

Why would God choose someone who wasn’t able to do the job?

Why would God not be more helpful to His workers?

Why would God send one person where sending an army would be much more appropriate?

Why do I have to be one of the living, among the living dead?

Cannibals… they want to eat people like me.

They want my lifeforce.

Yeah, I might smack a few cannibals around here and there, it is not with malicious intent…. it is for survival.

I will create space for the living.

I will create space for the inner light.

I know what it’s like to dig a grave and want to climb inside.

I know what it’s like to be the living dead.

That is why I share my successes.

I am not bragging, I am celebrating.

I know my greatness.

You might know your greatness too….

You might feel the fear of letting the world know about your greatness.

You might feel the fear of being cancelled, and this is why you justify that you have hidden yourself away from the world, until the most appropriate time in your head, where you will suddenly spring forth from your grave and say, “hi world, here I am… am I not great?”

Doing so on the most hellish planet in the cosmos does carry it’s risks..

There is a risk of being cancelled, eaten by cannibals or maybe just the usual crucifixion.

Some people just avoid the judgments of others all together, and climb on their cross without being asked to do so.

They want to make it neat and tidy for everyone.

Don’t judge me… I’ll just climb on my cross, you don’t have to ask me… I’ll do it.

I’ll go from hiding to crucifixion… no fuss, no mess… no public hanging or judgment.

Cancel culture started way before the public started to do it to celebrities.

Cancel culture is anything egoic that cancels out the heart.

Yup, I know what that’s like.

But when heart wins over ego, it doesn’t cancel ego out…

When the heart wins, it just puts ego in it’s rightful place… its useful place… as SERVANT not as LEADER.

Folks…. a mob of egos will never amount to one true leader.

Can you see now, why one person’s heart, is more powerful than a mob of cannibals.

One heart can change the world, but a mob of cannibals can only destroy it.

In case you haven’t figured it out… colonialism IS cannibalism.

Too many people on this planet, think it is their power not their weakness to eat the living.

Yes… your light is going to attract a few cannibals,…. a few mosquitos that you can allow to suck your blood, or eat your flesh. You can choose to swat them away… or you can choose to dig your grave… which one makes more sense?

We are warriors of light in a great war… the battlefield is filled with cannibals, graves, pitfalls, challenges, egos, and fear.

The war is not for land, however, the war is for pure light, pure inspiration, pure thoughts, pure relationships… pure nature… pure anything and everything!

You will never understand why others fear your light, and why waste that precious time trying to figure out what you can never figure out?

Just choose yourself anyways, for it is the only way to truly live, and that my friends, is what you came here to do.

Don’t choose somebody else’s ‘yesterday’.

Don’t choose somebody else’s ‘thoughts’.

Choose yourself, with wisdom, power and love, in this moment and in all moments.

Step out of that cannibal grave you have dug for yourself.

Dust yourself off, get a haircut, go to the spa, write in your journal, sit in the temple of the heart, choose to make this moment, the best moment you can create, as the best version of self.

Make the most of your light, not the least of your darkness.

Stop eating each other, alive.

And that’s how you become a chosen one too.
