The doctrine of the rapture is tied in 1 Thessalonians 4:15-18  with the Lord’s coming. If you deny that believing Christians will “be caught up”, then you deny an aspect of the Lord Jesus coming back, as clearly taught in Scripture. That is the Spirit of Antichrist.

The Holy Spirit bears witness of the Lord Jesus Christ coming back and his Word, but those without the Holy Spirit cannot see, understand and be believing the words of Scripture.
